We have went to other places and we have not been able to get good deals or service like we get at best buy. So for that reason we just want to say thanks for everything

Secondly its hard not to find it a bit suspicious/curious why is this television is being sold for 599.99 cheaper than what you say it goes for. THAT'S ALL

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Broke after a week
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace an element roku tv that only lasted a year. This one lasted a week, then half the screen went black. Luckily, Best Buy took it back and I bought an LG instead. I thought I could trust this brand as I have an older 50" TCL from 6 years ago that works great... sad to see that these lower-end roku tvs are not made very well anymore.

Market Manipulation

By jacking the "original" price to an exorbitant amount to make it look like you're getting an amazing deal, when in fact you're really just paying the same price everyone has at regular price. The MSRP is even only $100 more than this "sale" price.
