    Maybe try a Vizio sound bar

    The subwoofer has a constant running sound like a old computer monitor. Also it randomly will crack and pop so loud I have to unplug it. Sounds like a record skipping with the volume up high. Not giving it 1 star became the speaker is not bad and does the job.

    Subwoofer keeps disconnecting and you have to unplug everything and restart it every time for it to work. I would have returned it if i still had the box. Spend a little more for a nicer unit.

    you get what you pay for. This system really didn't work for me, the bass speaker would not connect properly unless every time I turned on the system I had to unplug and plug the bass speaker in order for it to connect and work properly. Needless to say all this unplugging and plugging got old pretty quickly, I ended up returning this system to the store, save the headache and invest on a better brand or better speakers.

    Okay Audio System

    I liked it when I'd just bought it. But, the subwoofer doesn't easily pair, and sometimes it gets extremely loud put of the blue. It's an okay audio system I guess. You can get better quality for more money, of course.

    The sound quality is ok for what you’re paying. Even with a TCL tv, this sound bar doesn’t work very well. It is always changing the sound mode and constantly has lights flashing on the sound bar.

    Waste of money

    Not easy to use and it doesn't seem to really work. Very disappointed. After 2 days, the extra side speaker was making loud noises. We ended up unplugging it and not using it after a week.

    Easy setup through hdmi. Problem is Bluetooth connectivity. Sometimes it hooks up and others doesn’t. And now 6 months after purchase the Bluetooth doesn’t even work anymore.

    Remote stopped working after 1 hour, sound cut in

    Purchased today, hooked up to TCL Roku TV - paired up fine and at first thought it was a good buy. But within 1 hr the remote stopped working at all and the sound faded in and out. Called TCL support - 1 hr on phone troubleshooting they stated we have exchausted all options and suggested I return the item to Best Buy. With the price of gas nowadays TCL should send me a free sound bar - what a piece of junk. Is there a half star option?

    Not user friendly. Have always had excellent experiences with TCL products but cannot recommend this system. Just get the sound bar. The subwoofer is a joke.

    Horrible unit does not turn on with the TV sometimes it will sometimes it will subwoofer his only worked about four times now the subwoofer kicks on and makes an extremely loud noise for about a minute and then it connects to the unit I would not purchase this unit again and of course the issue start right after the 15 day return policy

    Little control over volume level

    Very unhappy with this purchase. I do not like loud tv. Cannot adjust the sound level using Alexa voice commands. It goes from a too low volume to a too high volume. Cannot fine tune volume without grabbing remote. Prior to installing sound bar I could tell Alexa to set volume to a specific level or even down by 1 level (for example). Primary importance to me. Also no warranty card included. Will return.
