I have to unplug wolfer and reset by hand.. sometimes it works .. just very not satisfied. I did call and get help setting up but even that did not do the job I was looking for for the money.. maybe an upgrade would help.

Poor quality

If I’d known this I would have bought a better quality system. Disappointed in TCL. Don’t buy this. Might not buy from Best Buy again either as they don’t back up what they sell.

This one's a loser

Out of our television it came out with a deep kind of nasal overtone that dulled and ruined the sound. We had purchased it hoping it would help my heart of hearing husband to distinguish things and it made things inestimably worse.

won't stay connected

The sound bar will not stay connect to my TV for more than a couple days. It is nothing more than an annoyance. I've gone back to using the TV's speakers and frankly the sound is better. Not a good choice.

Subwoofer goes crazy sometimes

It stops once we turn off the TV, and goes back to normal when we turn it back on, but it terrifies the dogs every time. But otherwise it works well.

Would not recommend

Sound bar is not good quality but the subwoofer is great. The problem I have is when my tv is on standby mode the subwoofer will spontaneously start thumping.
