    Sound is good! I'm not that tech savy but got it work! Sometimes have a time getting it 2 connect 2 BLUETOOTH then when go back 2 TV doesn't connect immediately. But was an open box item

    Purchased this sound bar with Best Buy points, so it was a great deal! Easy pairing with TCL TV's. Sound quality is good, but I wish I had more control over EQ settings.

    Unable to set surround sound to my tv. I called TCL support end was on the phone for 30 minutes telling me to do everything but wrap the cord around the tree outside. When asked to speak to a supervisor he didn’t let me speak to one even after acknowledging that he was not fully knowledgeable about how to make it work. You could clearly tell he was reading the Manuel. It was probably the same one that came in the box. I’m going to try one more time and if it doesn’t work I will return it.

    Small footprint and descent sound for the money. Its a big upgrade over TV speakers. I just wish it had some sort of display to know what input and volume your on instead of colored lights
