    Sounds OK but we had a couple times when sound was bassy distorted--did a factory reset then worked OK for awhile, then sub wasn't working--did the pairing thing again & it came back. Seems rather unreliable, glad we got the extended warranty.

    The sound on my TV wasn't very good so I decided to buy a surround sound system. This did the trick. It sounds like a theater sound. It is a very nice system.

    The Best Buy online buying experience was flawless. The system itself was extremely disappointing. We couldn't get the sub to pair up with the sound bar after following the setup instructions to the letter. After a deep Google search and an hour trying to get it to work it turns out it was paired but the sub was so weak it was barely putting out any sound at all. Still not convinced any adjustments can be made to up the bass since the instructions were simplistic: plug in the sound bar and sub; things any child would know. Will be returning

    Great product! We purchased the TCL Roku tv and added this sound bar package with it. It really enhances the viewing experience. It’s a must for someone that has been accustomed to a surround system.

    I've had this almost a month, the Wireless subwoofer won't pair with the system and it is within 1 foot of the Bar, I've tried to Pair it over and over, even went to the TCL Community blog, found many complaints. I'd like the Best Buy techs to call me to try and get this going, if they will. I installed it onto a TCL 43" series 4 TV, the TV system installed it automatically as expected, but subwoofer was never part of that. I used the HDMI 'ARC' connection for the bar. I'll probably take it back and get my money back. Worth 1 star , as the bar does make speech easier to detect words than going through the TV's speakers

    Sounds like the movie theater

    Works great with my Onn 50" Roku TV using aux cable. Took a minute to get everything working, but the Subwoofer being separate and located near me. Sounds like the movie theater

    Out of all the expensive name brand this one works great for me I have one in every room for every game and TV it's still building more for outdoors this one works great

    hooked up , paired with TV ...bought both TCL TV and Sound Bar as a bundle .....the sound bar I'm at 80 on the volume scale just for normal watching of the morning news

    I have been using a 42” TCL TV for a few months now but I found the sound lacking so I wanted to enhance the experience with a new soundbar. I opted for a TCL for compatibility with my current TV. My experience has not been ideal. The subwoofer has two major issues. 1. I have to unplug and plug in everyday, otherwise I get a clicking noise. 2. Occasionally if I pause what I’m watching and then come back, the subwoofer will blast sound at full volume. Again I have to unplug and plug back in. Overall the sound is just okay. Often the volume is too low during dialogue, but too loud during action. I’m constantly adjusting the volume based on the scene. Not recommending this one to anyone. Back to the drawing board TCL.

    Poor Sound Quality

    It works. The sound quality isn't that great. I had a very old Vizio soundbar 2.1 connected but I was going to move that to the basement and add this one to my TCL TV in the living room. I don't care for it at all. Easy setup and its automatically integrated with the TV but I'll be returning this and setting the Vizio back up. The Vizio was only $129 years ago. This was only $99.99 so I wasn't expecting much but I thought it would at least sound as good as the Vizio. I was wrong. Maybe the $199.99 one will be better but I don't know if I want to double the price. Also, the presets have very little if any noticeable change.
