Sounds good, but...

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds good, but the main reason I bought this is because of the built in Chromecast, which doesn't work and you can't even get the thing connect it to WiFi. I've had this a couple days now and have reached out to TCL, so hopefully they'll fix the issue. Like everyone else that bought this at Best Buy the box says "retail sample" on it. Maybe stay away from these until they fix the issues.

Disappointing

The sound never balanced correctly in our livingroom paired with a new TCL Series TV using both HDMIARC and Optical signal imputs. Wound up returning it for the Alto7 Setup.

Great soundbar, but there's a glitz

In the end, TCL didn't have an answer for why it doesn't work. Maybe it's just my unit but lack of support is a real bummer.

Not good for Atmos

Soundbar has alot of sync issues, does not always turn off and on correctly. Had to use google home to get wifi connected and still wouldnt update. Price was dropped $50.00 after I purchased and past the 2 week return time to get a credit. Would not purchase again.

TCL SOUNDBAR SUCKS

Waste of Time

Not up to tcl standards

Tried every setting possible. My harman kardon soundbar which is 8 years old is plug and play with no delay. Will be returning this.

Waste of money!
