    I've had this TCL Alto 9+ soundbar for three weeks now and I will say it has exceeded my expectations for the money. I have this soundbar in the master bedroom, which is about 14ftx17ft and the soundbar fills the foom with beatuful sound. Excellent value for the money. Strongly recommend!

    I've had this soundbar for a little over two weeks. I thought it sounded great when using it with a TCL 55S535. I was happy with the purchase until recently it has become unusable. Whenever I use the soundbar, it turns the TV Off and On every few minutes returning the TV to the home screen. Very disappointed, especially considering how well it functioned before. If my experience is any indication, stay far, far away.

    Honestly the Atmos feature doesn't sound the best. I feel the vertical surround sound feature.makes things feel quiet and less dynamic. Also wish it had more HDMI ports.

    Great overall sound control and deep bass response enhance the viewing experience. This sound bar system gives you options to have that clear dialogue along with that immersive theatrical experience. Great value for the price point. Will be spending a lot of movie nights at home instead of at the cinema!

    The software is buggy and causes issues using the TCL 6 series and Apple TV. To use successfully, start the tv with the soundbar in the e-arc hdmi port, the tv will power on and struggle to recognize the Apple TV, disconnect the power on the apple tv and plug it back in so the TV can recognize it, then be prepared to pause so the audio can sync back up every few minutes.

    Sound is definitely an improvement over the TV speakers that were aimed at the wall, but still seems a little muffled. I am glad I got the sound bar, though.

    operates poorly over 11months. loses pairing w sub, loses volume control, loses functionality from any remote. problematic since day 1. only way to fix all these symptoms is to unplug!!! power off resetting does not work most of the time. returning it this week

    The set up of this soundbar was easy. My Roku TV recognized it right away so there was no time wasted trying to navigate the system settings to get it going. The performance exceeded my expectations for such an affordable price. It works great in my living room and the design is visually appealing. Overall, I recommend.

    Bought it for my TCL 65" Q with Dolby Atmos... fist day it was for sale. Immediately disappointed though, it didn't play well with the my TCL TV, maybe an issue with their ARC, but also really didn't improve sound noticeably. Pretty pricey too for what you get. Love TCL TVs, have two 65"s, plus a 55", 50", a 43", and two 32". Systematically upgraded from LG's, Sony's, Samsungs and a few other brands. Guess I was too soon on the speaker front, but don't hesitate with their TVs.

    Keeps turning off. You can be watching a show and part way through the sound bar shuts off. You have to pause the show, turn the thing back on, then rewind the show to get what was missed I've tried various cables, settings but nothing works. Then when you manually power it back on it does not remember your mode setting, Sometimes it powers back on by itself.

    Great entry level atmos soundbar! For the price, the soundbar simulates surround sound pretty good. No extra speakers for rear or ceiling shot speakers, all just from the bar. Sounds really good, almost as good as my 5.2 home theater at times.
