Sounds great looks good. Really liked the system. Just can’t get the audio to match the video. You can assist the timing on the sound bar but only in one direction and that would only make it worse. It drove me crazy so i returned it and got a Sony. Sounds just as good but it’s synced up perfectly.

This item was referred as being a reputable sound bar by a sales person in the store. My wife got this for me as a Christmas gift. I NEVER got to enjoy it. It never worked and I had to return it with entirely NO help from staffing as a possibility to obtain another. There were none in stock in the store. So now, I am without a sound bar and a Christmas gift that my wife badly wanted me to have. I was told by the manager that 15 of this particular sound bar, were returned and Best Buy was taking it out of its stock. DO NOT BUY THIS SOUNDBAR!!

This is a decent soundbar with HDMI ARC. One thing I do not like is the soundbar resets the EQ mode every time it turns off, and the generic one it defaults to is pretty flat.

The Alto 9+ is really impressive. It works seamlessly with my TCL 6 series I also just bought. The sound is really clear with focused dialogue in the Music and Movie setting. I will say my only compliant is that when the sound bar is powered off, it doesn’t turn back on in the last user setting. It will turn on in the TV setting. So I find myself using the remote to switch from TV to either the Movie or Music setting when I turn my tv on. Maybe there’s a way to save it, but I haven’t figured it out yet. Aside from that small function, the sound is great and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase for the price!

Works great and paired mostly seamlessly with the TCL TV. Had to adjust a setting or two. Once installed, the sound is pretty amazing. Movies rumble, and music bumps.

Excellent sound for a room not larger than 16x20, clear at any volume. And the cost for good quality is below fair market price, in this category group.

We are totally delighted with this product. Our first sound bar and regret waiting so long to get it. Best Buy recommended a bar with 3 speakers.... good choice.

Setup can be a little bit confusing, as you need open and connect it through the Google Home App to get WiFI setup at first (iOS or Android). This'll let the system perform any firmware updates After this it gets good... absolutely love the subwoofer for one. I can't really compare to much else, as all I had before was an old vizio soundbar by itself. But wow, it's awesome. The the Ray Danz 'Vertical Surround' is so worth it. Even for content that is not 'Dolby Atmos' it's makes an awesome difference in how well sound fills the room. Can really tell the difference with this feature on/off.

Great product. Ideal for movie nights but you can also connect your phone via Bluetooth and listen to music that way. Once again, great price, quality sound.

Exceeded expectations. As a sound engineer I have a high bar for audio delivery. In this case, I have a small room I made into a game room and wanted something capable of Atmos to get ready for the inclusion of the new Xbox. Due to the low price and non big name brand I didn’t expect this to wow me but it did. Not so much that it’s a suitable replacement for the Shockwafe sound-bar for movies in a large room, but it’s pretty impressive and works great in a smaller room for gaming and movies.

Love the sound bar, but the room I had it in was a little too big to get the atmos effects I was looking for. Moved it to a smaller room and it sounds much better.

I wasn't overly impressed with this sound bar. I have a large open floor plan and I found the sound to not be much better than the tv sound. It looks nice. Its easy to set up. It works reasonably ok. I still am using my subtitles when there is other stuff going on in the room.

So far I like it. It sync's well with my TCL Roku Tv. The only thing I can say that's bad with it is turning up and down the volume has a slight lag to it. Definitely not the end of the world.

It seems like a pretty good sound bar but I am not sure the middle channel that is supposed to improve speech is worth the extra dollars. Plus...it is pretty hard to figure out all the details.

This sound bar has incredible sound stage. Bass is great to honestly haven't had to go pass +2. Not sure how well it will do for a large room.

Not particularly fond of this sound-bar. We bought it because we have a TCL TV already and I have a much cheaper sound bar less than $100 that was hooked up that actually sounds as good or better than this. I’m returning it this weekend to step up to the brand that rhymes with dizio./

This duo has great sound and is made of great quality. I love how they are wireless and the Bluetooth option so I can play music from my phone also.

Dolby Atmosphere is the future! It makes my ears feel gooooooood! The sound! The sound! It feels like I'm actually in the movie with true 3d sound!

The sound bar looks very nice, match with the TCL 5 series TV. Only issue was the setup for the eARC, need to update the software to make it work
