This is not my husbands account. I did not have an appt ...but the problem was repaired and I walked out with my computer good to go and I was not there more than 45 minutes. Very happy with the assistance..I think a manager came out to help with the line up of only several customers.

The agent was professional, personal and completed the job.

The Geek Squad had availability when laptop service was needed and turn-around time was a reasonable 72 hours. The tech was customer friendly explaining the issues and answering my questions.

Great product, easy to install. Fits perfectly and snug.

Agents were knowledgeable. Interface was required with simply safe representative to delete old device codes and establish replacement item codes. Everthing went smoothly. Geek squad techs worked expeditiously and were very courteous.

I have never had an issue that Geek Squad has not been able to resolve. Including issues with tablets, cellphones, all types of computers and even Firesticks. They seem to take any technoligical issue as a personal challenge.

The technician did a great job with our doorbell. He told us exactly what we needed to do to get our doorbell working. He also fixed both our phones to interact with the doorbell. Yea.

The agent reconnected my Nest driveway camera! Dan was very confident and knowledgeable about what was needed and how to get it back up and working.

Agents suggested products that were needed. Very professional.

Only one of the things I wanted fixed got actually fixed. I still have no printer connected to my computer and the Alexa dot that supposedly was now connected to the internet is not connected. I will have to do this over the phone with tech so as not to pay more money.

John and team were fantastic, personally handling my issue and coming out twice to be sure we were all sync'd up with the new Yale lock

Our service person was great! He fixed all of our electronics quickly. He was very easy to understand and very patient answering and explaining everything.

The Agent answered all our questions and concerns. Suggested equipment that would help the house better function with connectivity.

Having Geek squad come to my house set things up the right way or to troubleshoot really eliminates all the frustrations of trying to do it myself. Best decision I’ve made.

Geek Squad helped me with my technology difficulties with my blink doorbell camera and the technician that came was the nicest guy. He took his time explaining and gave me pointers to do after he leaves.

I THANK GEEK Squad because they have always been there when I have had a problem. I AM NOT computer literate.

Would have given 5 stars, but didn't get my printer set up to WIFI again.... but SO grateful that we could set it back up wirelessly. The Teck was professional, and very nice. Did his job in a good amount of time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Surprisingly, top notch. from correcting mistakes on the order I made, to constantly keeping us informed about when they would arrive, explaining how to operate the system and installing the system.

This technician was so superior to others in the past. He knew what he was doing, was professional in looks and behavior, and just flat nice.

The technician performed his 'discovery' phase and found a couple of questionable aka problem files. He then did due diligencce to ensure that all was performing as to be expected. Strong communication skills and expertise.
