The technician performed his 'discovery' phase and found a couple of questionable aka problem files. He then did due diligencce to ensure that all was performing as to be expected. Strong communication skills and expertise.

Would have given 5 stars, but didn't get my printer set up to WIFI again.... but SO grateful that we could set it back up wirelessly. The Teck was professional, and very nice. Did his job in a good amount of time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Works like it is supposed to... They show up as scheduled and take care of the issue.

The agents arrived on time and quickly corrected my issue and then also helped in identifying equipment no longer needed.

The tech was great and reset all of my 16 devices and explained everything to us. Unfortunately, my Ring App is not back to what I had.

The agents helped me give an absolutely new sets of Nanoleaf shapes when just my power adapter was failed. They replaced all the panels with new one too!

Ring doorbell was not functioning properly, geek squad took the time to give me an update on what the issue was and rectified the problem, thanks.

The guy from Geek Squad did an excellent job, was very professional and went over and above by binding up our cords and separating out the cords we don't need (or not in use) from our old defunct network:)

The Geek Squad was outstanding as usual. ALWAYS very professional and do things nice and know what they are doing. They are always willing to assist individuals who are not good with technology. OUTSTANDING GROUP.

The technical experts were able to reset the cameras after new 5 G Wi-Fi installed. The experts arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Will call again by when BBC service is needed
