The geek squad was very insightful in helping me to better understand the problems that I was experiencing and what remedies that I might be able to use to address my problems.

Honestly I noticed it wasn't working after he left.. he did cover some ground and it was actually working while he was here.. he tested my speakers and the last speaker he tested was the only one working when he left... I didnt realize it at the time.. till I turned the t v on later.. he did a few things that worked out though. Tying in. Smart sticks to the t. V. Antiying, in spotify with the two t vs, so I was happy for that.. i really don't want to start any trouble. I would be happy to pay again to have somebody come down. And tie My sound system together...

Excellent job, very professional. The tv is set prefect, you can see it all angles. That’s why I joined the membership, the good job they do.

The agents helped me to reset our Sonos connection t our tablet. They were very professionl an knowledgeable.

Honestly any other time I've come in and had to work with the Geek Squad, the experience has been great. My most recent visit was not one of those times. I was on time and seated right away, however this appointment was not quick. A discussion would take place on how to resolve my issue with the assigned support representative, and he would have to check with someone else every time, very time consuming. He needed to bring out a laptop to verify who I am, and he was doing that for an unnecessary amount of time, said he had trouble getting the laptop started or something. I ended up leaving with only half of my issue being addressed and that's with being a Best Buy Total Member, with a product in question purchased as a bundle through Best Buy. Bundle deals are great, as long as only one item within the bundle goes down. Anything more there is potentially an additional associated cost. Bottom line a resolution was inevitably reached, still shelling out $80 at the end of the day. This visit with Geek Squad wasn't at the level I am accustomed to not to mention I got a text later that day stating I missed my appointment? Just not a great customer service experience for this day.

Reese was very polite and was able to detect the problem quite quickly, stayed to make sure everything was continuing to run right, thanks again.

Awesome Job mounting my TV . Really they did a great job. Knew what they were doing got right to work cleaned up and were gone !

The agent connected my printer to my computer and fixed two other issues on the computer.

The tech called before to let me know he way headed my way. He solved the problem with my printer and my computer and he was nice and helpful explaining everything to me.

Awesome geeksquad agents....they complete the process in half of the time it would take me to do it!

The wiFi usb adapter worked as soon as it was installed. It updated my desktop computer so that I don’t need an Ethernet cable to our router.
