I couldn't get my new Ring to work and BB's tech came out and fixed the problem right away.

we had a geek squad guy come to our house and he pretty much handled my concerns. I also bought a printer that he helped me setup. I know have some more questions, but i did not have these while he was here.

The geek squad agent, Austin Fry, did a wonderful job of resetting our Sonos system, while simultaneously educating me as to how it all works. Very well done!

After a couple of attempts of getting this service, the final appointment, the technician was able to determine that the equipment needed warranty replacement which was very helpful.

The technician Andy Simpson was very personable, helpful, patient and addressed all of Mr. Lindsey's concerns after his Alexa monitor display was not showing images.

Repairman was very professional and fully explained what he was doing and what to watch for in the future.

A tune up was done in a timely manner. I ask for a phone call when done and they called and answer any questions I had.
