Great Technician Terrible Process

Your frustration came. The last two times I was told a time that somebody would be there. They never showed up and they never called once again I rescheduled, and they never showed up again.

Disappointed beyond disappointment.

Explained everything to the customer service rep when calling. She said could do up to 19. I was mainly concerned with generator. The first thing the Geek Squad rep said was we don’t touch that. Unable to help. Not worth the cost or wait.
