    I asked the agent to set a schedule on my Nest thermostat. He wasn't successful and told me he would do some research on the problem and get back to me. He never did. I texted him twice - he never answered.

    Geek Squad installed my TV quickly and efficientl!

    Geek squad connected my TV to a new position on wall. They were great and other than cost ($250) for a 30 mins service (I thought a bit over the top and had I not talked to a manager it would have been $300+ for an uninstall TV to install a TV), I would use again. Thank goodness for great Geek Squad guys!

    Terrible customer service, did not receive what I paid for, and when I filed a formal complaint, nothing came from it. Would not recommend anyone to use Geek Squad's services.

    Totally inadequate. Left us with more connection problems than when we started. Was successful in updating Spectrum, but took so much time had to rush off to another appointment. Wondering if my Premier” Geek Squad status is worth it?

    I was having trouble getting my new router to connect to all my home devices. The technician was mostly befuddled about how to solve the issue. She did finally get some devices connected, but then told me that was all and it was time to leave. I felt she was in over her skill level. I finally was able to get the wifi working by asking the son, a freshman in college, to help me. Very disappointed.

    It never happened. It was set up and canceled twice. Excuses and blaming the customer for what they weren't informed about is a terrible way to do business. Don't bother. They didn't do things right the first time and did nothing but pass the buck. Between this and a botched stove delivery, I am no longer loyal to Best Buy.

    No technician ever came to my door! He texted and said he would come but never did. I notified Best Buy to reschedule and they would not give me an appointment for 2 months! , yet I was charged for the appointment thst no one showed up for!!! Though Im a total tech customer, I had to get service elsewhere and pay out of pocket!

    The agent who came by could not do the service. Was going to reschedule for us asap. But that was two weeks ago. We keep trying to reach the agent with no luck. Extremely disappointed in this and frustrated that our Smart Home is not attended to and up and running. We have always had good service. This is perplexing because we don't know where to go for help. Could someone figure out what happened to our appointment. Thank you.

    Nobody ever came to me that I can recall. Nobody called. I had a very brief conversation with a man who told me to call a Best Buy store for what I needed.

    Rep spent 2 minutes on attempting to synch our Sonos system and was not successful. He said he would call in a few days with an answer but had to do research. Have heard nothing from him since. First time in 6 years a rep did not come through. Not bad though!

    Two disappointments first guy called after hours said he's not certified to do the job the second time we went to the store to reschedule and then the guy never showed up very dissatisfied

    No help. After talking to 7 people. Supposed to call me back at 930 the next day to setup an appointment. That still hasn't happened. Aggravating for sure.

    appointment was cancelled they said need a specialist to hook up doorbell and outdoor camera; usually the techs are great but guess they can't do this
