    Nothing was accomplished, per the usual. Still can’t use our receiver and surround sound, regardless of the smart TV.

    The technicians were able to help us with everything we needed to update our equipment. They were FANTASTIC! They even programmed our cable channels and explained how to access our steaming services. Even COX, who provided the steaming services, could not do it and theya re the ones who do TV's. KUDOS for Best Buy Geek Squad!!

    Loren has assisted with the TV/Sound Bar Issues. The rating is for Loren only. The issue is still not resolved and thus far we are very disappointed with getting Best Buy to solve the issue on the TV that is only 5 months old!!!

    Geek Squad set up my WiFi along with other items.

    James was by far the best Geek Squad tech we've had. He explained everything to a non-tech like me, answered any questions I had and guided me in my selection of items. Installation went well and I appreciated that he checked to make sure everything was working before he left. Being very personable was an added bonus!

    Geek Squad Sonos reset was amazing!

    The agent who reset my Sonos system was extremely professional and very helpful. She took the time to educate me on how to use the Sonos app.

    Geek Squad repaired my Ring Doorbell

    Our Ring doorbell was not working properly. The camera on the Ring was not capturing anything. The tech reset our Ring doorbell. He was on time, very personable and made the repair very quickly. He tested it before leaving and said we could contact Best Buy Geek Squad for any additional questions or issues.

    Installation of a Sonos amp to my existing system

    Geek Squad was very good at installing my amplifier, the only problem I have is the installation requires another piece of equipment that costs an additional $800 of which I was not aware when purchasing it. No fault of Geek Squad, but of Sonos for making it so.
