    Geek Squad continues to shine

    After several days of unsuccessful troubleshooting my outdoor security cameras, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad technical support group. The agent took less than 20 minutes to diagnose and resolve my connectivity problem. Time well spent (referring to the agent's troubleshooting, not mine).

    Nest Linking Issue

    The agent came to look at issues with our Nest Smoke Detectors as they were not linking to nest app anymore. Did multiple resets but could not get to work. The agent was very through and did call he could. Very knowledgeable but the Nests are just not connecting.

    Geek Squad big help wifi problem

    The 2 guys from the Geek Squad where great they help me figure out the problem with my router and steered me to calling Spectrum for a tech to come to my house. The problem was with spectrum not having my new modem in there system.

    The Geek squad tech reset my equipment in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about the service he performed, he was friendly and very courteous. If needed again I wouldn't hesitate. Highly recommend.

    Well four out of six work, but I believe that I have to be physically present to get the last two to operate @ 100%. Seems that all six worked, but two failed later that day ~ reason unknown. Next meeting is July 10th, will keep you posted.

    The Best Buy Protection Plan is outstanding. I recommend it to all my friends and family.It has saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs from my doorbell to my washer and dryer.

    They can as scheduled, told me that I needed to upgrade to the new iOS in my computer and to let them know when I did that so that they could reschedule. I did that and have called twice...Nico returned my call and said he would have someone call me back to come and look at why it's still not functioning and I haven't heard from anyone. Surprised, as service is usually very good.
