Salesman was helpful once I could find one that wanted to help me. I guess buying just a remote and not a big item is not something that all the workers want to help with.

This was very easy to set up, and so far I have only set up my TV. It isn't always as responsive as I want, but otherwise it does what I want even if a little slower than I expect.

I bought it to replace a TCL Android TV temote. The only thing is that it can't access the core settings on the TV. For everything else it's good.

Backlit for night mode

Not all functions work

This remote is great! Had I known how much better it would be before I would have broken the other one long ago.

I didn’t want to get a harmony remote due to the price, and the Terk remote worked great. Relatively easy to set up, our bedroom remotes are now consolidated into one.

Needs a few more button options that more clearly align with technology today and most importantly, need codes for SoundBars!
