bought for a stereo in basement sorry to say i still didnt get reception

Worth the money..... easy to set up...excellent...

The antenna allows me to receive signals at greater distances without static.

Returned the unit after a few hours because no matter where we put the antenna there was always static. It worked just as well as my free one that came with my receiver. Ended up getting a Bluetooth adapter and are glad we did because it fits our needs a lot better, and it actually works.

The only draw back is the extremely bright blue LED light on the front of it.

This unit delivered less than good performance for my application.

I purchase This indoor antenna to assist in bringing in FM stations. It works well you just have to adjust the amplification to get the stations to come in properly. The am does not work well but that could be my unit and not the antenna.

Performs as intended and expected. If you are looking to enhance the quality of fair received stations then you will be satisfied. If you are looking to improve the reception of poorly received signals then this is not the solution for you. This product provides a solid solution to improving your listening experience when you do not want to consider larger scale external / outdoor antenna options. Bare in mind that signal reception enhancement is limited when you isolate your solutions to "micro" applications, such as adding an antenna like this one. Once you understand these inherent limitations, you will find that this product performs accordingly.

replaced a radio shack antenna. this one works better. less positional too. sits behind some other stuff and still works well. happy with purchase and would recommend this to others.

Overall this product improve my reception. I can now receive twice the number stations I could before inside my metal building.

Bought the Terk amplified indoor antenna to connect to a stereo that is integrated into the control board of my hot tub. Without an external antenna the radio would continuously seek and never find a station. I tried a cheap rabbit ear and loop style antenna and could only get marginal improvement. Attached this Terk amplified antenna and could not believe the improvement. I'm now picking up about 90% of the available stations loud and clear. That's even with the unit sitting inside the hot tub gazebo on a shelf. Well worth the investment.

This works great but a little pricey for an antenna.

It' a good amplifier, I recommend it easy installation

The clean design of this antenna blends in well to an interior space. The reception is strong, The blue indication light is subtle and is not distracting.

This was the only product available to us in the store.

Even with this item stations are still hard to tune in. Plus there are a few stations that won't tune in at all. The antenna lead and power cord are way too short. All in all a waste of good money.

With receiver in an enclosed cabinet, FM reception is difficult, even though I'm not in a "fringe" area. The Terk antenna made a significant difference in reception of my favorite local stations.

Needed an antennna for a radio and this did the job.

Reception was improved somewhat but couldn't pull in the local public radio station... I sent an email to Terk asking for recommendations but they never responded, aside from a reply email saying that I'd hear from them within 2 days....!

I purchased the antenna for a basement room with poor reception. I installed it there with little to no improvement. It does seem to help with a receiver in a upstairs location.
