Terk Amplified Antenna - Poor receiption

And the GPS location to the reception was hard to work with via my phone.

I’m not close to any local station towers and couldn’t put it up high or in a window. I finally found one spot where I get the stations I typically watch. Weather does interfere sometimes with the reception.

Bummer -- changed the screw on connector

It is tiny and the the screw on ridges begin right away.. the piece I needed to attach to does not and there fore had to return it. I am currently using the "old" one very satisfactorily. This one looks much better.

TERK Antenna

Not familiar with tech products, he guided me and explained various brands of indoor antennas. He was right on and it was easy to install, even for me and proved to be a great purchase.

Useless product doesn't work

Any kind of antenna you get these days is pretty much useless if you don't live in a high elevation area. If you're down in a valley and surrounded by mountains or other higher elevation, forget it. I talked to a TV antenna installer and he told me over the air reception can fluctuate based on all kinds of factors. He told me take a look around your neighborhood. If you don't see anyone using an external antenna, there's likely a reason for it. Don't buy into the YouTube cheapskate nerds that tell you can get free over the air TV. Useless pipe dream. You're better off going to streaming apps like Pluto TV and Tubi TV.
