I could not get it to identify good location via found no m ore than 2 stars location.

Does not have much range and won’t hold the local channels

The product might be fine, but the BB Tech gave me no details, gotchas, or hints on how to maximize it's usage. Sometimes we get no local reception but do get Apple TV through interenet. Would it help if I moved it outside? How would I do that? I've sometimes gotten good reception if I lay it down on the side that is supposed to be pointed outside. These are probaby normal questions and issues that the tech could have mentioned but "had to get to their next appointment".

Works good for the intended purpose, especially for the money.

Easy set up with clear instructions. Good reception of all local channels and some extra channels. Bought one for my parents also

At first it worked well and I could get Fox News Channel 2, plus some local ones. Then when it was out of warranty, Channel 2 and local channels up to channel 4 stopped working. All I got was different colored square colors that would rapidly change colors and muffled sound. This was true for other local channels until you got to Channel 4. I have reset the auto scan many times. I unplugged everything and started over without fixing the problems. I call the real number for TERK , not what was on the box. They dropped the line 2x and they had my phone number that I dialed in. It is too late to return it too the store. TERK said to find a box and provide a copy of the receipt and they would look it over. If they could not fix it , they would send me a new one. They would not send me a prepaid shipping label. I would be with out a working TV for over a week. This does not sound like good customer service. I would not buy this again.

It took me awhile to figure out how to get the best result from this indoor antenna. I needed to read and reread the instructions and try different positions for the antenna in my room. But now I can get literally a hundred or more channels with perfect clarity.

As others have said it is easy to connect. I bought this 3 months ago. The first time I set it up and did a channel scan, I was able to get 68 channels. After a month the channels quickly dropped. I have tried scanning channels with and without the antenna amplifier without any improvement. For the price I paid I expected better.

I had no luck finding a signal. Had to pack it up and send it back. Maybe it works, but not where I live (rural, mountainous and treed). Still waiting for my refund!

I got more channels than expected. Looks sleek and goes with any decor.

had one for a couple of years. worked great, so got one for my daughter and her family.

It is a good antenna but i still have trouble trying to get the local channels and we find ourselves moving it around

This works great! Finally able to cut the cable bill.

I took the advice of the store employee on this antenna set it up did the test set up and had 3 lights then did the channel search it only came up with 41 channels it has alot of scrambling on several channels, So I'm back to my 12 year old antenna with 51 channels , i thought a newer antenna would be better.
