I purchased two of these antennas for our home since we have cut the cord (and truthfully don't watch TV that much). I had hoped that we would get excellent reception with this powered antenna but in fact, many stations don't come in at all, and others come in at times and not at others. We have repositioned the antenna several times but this does not solve the problem.

I rarely write a product review but I felt compelled to write this one. I purchased one of these antennas about 2 years ago and was pretty pleased with it. So fast forward to now. I purchased another one just like it for another TV in a different room. Before I purchased it, I moved the one I have to try it in that location before buying another one. It worked well. So I purchased the second one. Original one made in China pulled in around 45 channels. The second one made in Taiwan only pulls in 28 and some of those go in and out. The amplifier is much smaller and feels very frail compared to the other one. Disappointed in the difference. Company should do a better job on monitoring overall quality imho. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Works great! So good to get rid Directv. I can get 17 local channels for free. What can be better than that? I was not familiar with the name brand, but I am total happy with its performance.

I like it the fact I was capable of picking up great quality images, bit most of the channels are repeat. Although there were a total of about 26 channels at least 7 or so were repeat or no show channels. The main news channels have great picture quality.

This is a great antenna for local broadcasts. A great starter antenna for someone looking for local access.

Basically it works but questionable as to pulling in good reception. you have to move it all over to get certain channels

Not as good as I thought it would be. Sometime we get good clear channels, other times we lose channels and other ones are in and out. I have it in the best position after trying several positions. Very disappointed that it doesn’t have good reception at all times. Also not getting all the channels we thought we would have.

Since I'm too cheap to pay for cable, I decided to get this antenna for my TV set, I figured if I could get 1 local news station that would be all I really need (since I have a Hulu, and Netflix). However sometimes (not too often though if it's really windy that's the only time I have trouble getting anything.

We recently cut the cable. This antenna is a great way to bring in local TV stations. The stations must really be local, though. Even with the amplifier, it doesn't bring in everything. It is MOSTLY multi-directional. You still have to play with it to find the best position to bring in the most stations.

Since there are so many factors in an HD Antenna, it is hard to say with certainty that this product has poor reception. The fact that I'm 7 miles from the tower in clear sight, and the channel continually cut in and out points more to the quality then the broadcast... If you have a lot of HD around your home, this might be a nice cheap alternative to cable. Just keep the receipt... I returned mine.

This works & saves on the cable bill. Gets about 15 channels very clearly, even far away from the window.

I bought this indoor antenna based on reviews I have read and am satisfied with it's abillity to bring in most local tv stations. I have to move it every once in a while to bring in some stations due to weather conditions or trees obstructing line of reception, otherwise this tv antenna works as advertised.

Living in a rural area means that we only got 1 channel off air that was watchable. Now that we have this antenna that problem is solved and the picture from the signal looks great!

Works great. Must have a converter box to work on the old Analog TVs.

So easy to set up and get TV for a one time fee. No monthly expense.

I'm in downtown cleveland and for some reason can get the top 4 channels. This has been the best antenna I've tried(I've tried 4). all but one come in perfect, the other is glitchy at times. Guess it's simply part of my area, although you would thinks downtown city would get all channels easily.

We were experimenting what we could use without paying a monthly cable bill. Unfortunately most of the stations this antennae brought in were in Spanish and not many in English. It did the job. Best Buy took it back. We ended up with cable.

This antenna works fair most of the time. This is for my 92 years old mother in law some channels come fine but not all & not all the time . I will say no on the recommendation of this because you need to reset the TV all the time when you lose the channels!!!!
