Best buy took the time to get me a new one ordered without hesitation at a minimal cost to me as the replacement was a more expensive model. The persons that helped me did a fantastic job of answering many questions . Patientand professional. Will always shop there.

Only picks up a couple if channels...

I tried non-powered units with mixed success. After speaking with the associate at the store I purchased this powered antenna. I had to move it around to find the 'sweet' spot. So far so good. It has a decent look so it doesn't over power the look in the room. Eventually it will be put in the upper most reaches of my home for the ultimate reception.
