I purchased this antenna for $50 thinking it would be better than what I was currently using that I purchased for $10. Unfortunately it is only looks and no performance. I only live about 15 miles from town and this antenna only pulled in three (3) channels. I took it back for a refund.

The salesperson recommended this. It does the job of boosting the signal so than planes no longer interfere with the signal.

The Antenna is ok. We are able to receive 44 stations. BUT, we can also use plain rabbit ears and receive the same 44 stations. It is not worth the $79. Just our opinion.

Didn't work as well as expected, or other products I've tried. Wouldn't recommend for anyone looking to get stable signals on your major OTA channels

I bought this for a ballgame viewing. I think that Best Buy sales guys didn't really know what they were talking about. I got advised to buy both the smaller Amplified antenna by one guy and a passive antenna by another... and return which one which didn't work. It did the job it needs it to... but all in all, it's rather "orientation" sensitive. Alan took one home from the store, and it did the job I needed it to.

This indoor antenna would be best for someone living closer to television stations than we do. I have a feeling it might pull in a lot of stations, but we live too far out.

We bought one and took it home to try. We were so happy with the reception that we went back to the store and bought two more. We are cable free and don’t subscribe to any streaming services so we’re dependent on our television reception for viewing. We experienced a notable improvement with this antenna over the one we were using.

Dish dropped the fox channel and I needed this channel to watch the superbowl. I picked up this antenna, hooked it up and watched the superbowl over the air. I ran into no issues. It did not pick up the local nbc affiliate, but that's the hardest to pick up with an antenna. It still might if I move it to another location. I am still going to give it 5 stars.

I earlier purchased a $40 TERK and tried this $80 one in hopes it was better. However, this $80 had worse reception than with the $40 TERK.

I originally purchased Insignia antenna because it was suggested by sales clerk. When installed in my apartment, it had limitations as to quality of signal. Geek agent recommended Terk unit. When installed and compared with Insignia, Insignia surprisingly performed better and Terk antennae were returned. Based upon reputation of Terk product, I was surprised to find that Insignia antennae units were better, both in quality of performance and price.
