Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Omnidirectional Flat-Panel HDTV Indoor Antenna's reception, picture quality, and ease of use. Many also found it easy to install and appreciate its compact design. However, some customers noted that signal strength and range could be improved, and a few felt the price was high. The optimal placement of the antenna for best reception also required some experimentation.

The product technically does what it is supposed to do, but it cost too much--which is why I am giving it two stars. This product cost $80+, but I brought it back on a hunch that the RCA Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna would be able to do the same thing for less than half the price, and I was correct. Go with the RCA if you want to save money. This product's price is inflated.

I use this on my 55" smart 3D tv to get the local channels as I refuse to pay for cable or satellite. It gets around 55 free channels, many of which pick up shows that most pay for, like Pawn Stars, The Great Catch, The Hills, etc. They also pick up religious stations like TBN, SLB & Light TV. Many western channels, 80's tv shows & sci-fi. Way too many to list. Also, Downten Abby, Midwife, etc. It only needs adjusted sometimes. It works pretty well for type of antenna. Not the best but far from worst. I would say mid-high-range antenna. The only thing I don't like is the stand/bse so easily comes undone from antenna itself. It does not hold the antenna. It's always coming unattached to the flismy base if you pick it up or move it. That's the only negative.

With the Terk antenna, I am able to pull in 20 channels in the Baton Rouge area. There are no rabbit ears on this, just the flat panel. But with just a little adjustment, I can get all the channels clearly, with no pixelation or dragging. Combined with my Amazon Fire TV, I have successfully and painlessly cut the cable.

Works better than I could have imagined. Get more channels than the cheapest cable option and picture quality is great and HD. Picture does get disrupted during inclement weather similar to having a dish.

I only watch a couple of channels (PBS mostly) and I was sick of paying almost $100 a month for nothing so I thought I'd try an antenna. The reviews and help from the store associate (JD I think) convinced me to try this one. I plugged it in, moved it a few times and it's perfect! Easy to set up and no more Comcast!!

This was for my son in college, living off campus. It kills me to pay the extreme cost of cable at our home and couldn't bear to pay for his also. Between Netflix and Hulu, this device and the fifteen stations it is bringing in including all local stations he has it all! Now, I just need my cable contract to come to an end.

We had purchased a different antenna but needs one that didn't need to be attached to the wall. Read the package on this one and got it. Have been very pleased with it's performance to date. Would recommend this if you want a free standing antenna.

This is not the best one out there, but I bought it to use as a secondary internal antenna for boosting the HD signal from where I live, The TV signal doesn't come in very well, due to the Mountains and trees, so I bought a less-expensive antenna to help with boosting the HD signal, so I can get all my local channels. For the price, it's not a bad antenna to use as an additional antenna.

Easy set up, but I could only get 1 local channel. However, I live in a difficult spot for something that isnt a tall antenna to get a signal with.

The non- directional feature works well. This is much better than having to adjust the angles on other types of antennas. The signal amplifier is a good feature.
