Moving to new home by first of the year but did not want to establish cable/satellite until we actually live in the home. This unit is perfect for viewing local TV while visit the house for vacation

Great antenna. Works great. .......................

I am really pleased with the easy hookup and how well the antenna worked. Receptsion is great. Connected to TV did the auto-channel search and received 25 channels.

DISH and Media General (owner of my NBC affiliate) had issues with each other and the local NBC was blocked for about six weeks. I purchased the TERK based on a Best Buy employee recommendation. The TERK found not only my NBC affiliate, but about 22 other channels---some which came from another TV market. Haven't used it much since, but I have access to many HDTV sub channels, which include a few channels not carried by DISH.

This is the 3rd antenna I tried. It has twice the signal distance the others did. It picks up 2 more channels than the others, but not all of them. Only about 4 of the 12 within the 50 mile radius it claims to reach. Compared to the others, it is a better signal but not what I hoped for.

Didn't work for my needs. If you aren't by a window, it won't pick up a signal that's 45 miles away...

This creates a beautiful, better than cable picture for your basic channels. There are many extra channels mostly not in English. If you speak a different language in the home than English, this could be a huge bonus for your home. We recommend!

Easy set-up and clear channels. However, according to maps I should have more channels available. Only reason not 5-star review is you can't manually ADD a channel. For example, I know what the channel number is I want to view but I can't manually add it to view. The only option is auto-channel search.

Finding out about what the range of the antenna allows should have been the first thing I considered.

I was told that this was a strong antenna. I am not getting all the channels as clear as I though.

I can get a great number of channels with this antenna. And the HD channels seem even more clear compared to when I was paying for HD channels. I love not having to pay a cable bill too!

Bought another antena took it home and it didn't good coverage and reception. Took it back and salesman recommended this one. Much better..better reception and coverage for more networks

The Antenna is great when close to transmitters. I think the amplifier could be stronger and would only add to the antenna's strength. For people who live close to a big city I think this antenna would be suitable for an apartment of a spare bedroom saving money spent on an expensive cable hookup.

I had to play with the placement but when I found the right spot the reception is awesome. Excellent choice for great TV reception if you don't want to pay for an extra cable box.

I have this antenna connected to A/C and a TV on a second floor with the Terk in a window. When there is no wind, just about all the local stations come in without problems. However, in strong wind with trees blowing, reception declines except on the strongest and nearest broadcasters.

I live in an apartment community facing a bunch of trees, and this brings in every channel except for one (ABC). The channels are clear, crisp, and the HD picture rivals that of cable or dish.

I bought this over another cheaper antenna because I was told it was stronger and would get better reception. Not a good antenna if you have neighbors. Attic or outside antenna only way to go if neighboring house is < 15 feet apart. Some channels were clear and came in great, so assuming it would better suit people living on acreage.

Antenna provided good Omni-directional performance by picking up several additional channels. However as expected, signal strength was diminished somewhat on distant channels

I was in to buy a Roku3 and a TV antenna of some sort a few weeks ago after cutting my cable. I had originally hooked up an old amplified antenna with rabbit ears I bought about 9 years ago but was having trouble picking up some of the major networks all the time. It was suggested by one of the salesmen that this antenna would solve all of my problems! He told me that he had just sold one to his sister who lived in a similar area as me and she got ALL of the local channels. I fell for it. I took it home, and set it up as high up and as close to a window facing the towers as possible (as recommended by the instructions). It did little to no better than my old, cheap antenna from the past. Not worth the $80 I paid. Returned it ASAP.

Did the job I got 27 channels after placing in window and believe would pick up more if build was not across courtyard or if lived on higher floor. Picture is clear
