Have NOT been able to get it to work. Went back to the store for more information/guidance. The salesmen didn't seem to be interested in helping. Still have not had any success with this product. Gregory Wood

I bought this item and it sucks I tried it in many different ways and it still doesn’t work I’ve contacted a minute facture and they told me to return to Best Buy that’s what I’m going to do now

The video quality is good in like 4 second spans. Then, the image freezes, gotta black or becomes a boxy pixelated mess. I could not deal with this thing for more than a couple days. Wouldn't even recommend this to my enemies.

Unit is / was rated best. Most costly too. Failed to recieve any signals in downtown Rochester, adjacent to Mayo Buildings. ZERO signals from any channels both indoors, and outdoors was spotty with one channel in/out.

I followed the instructions, called customer service, followed all the directions but the picture kept pixelating, Not a good product, the technology is not there yet.

I was not happy with the antenna. I properly followed all the directions and even kept relocating the antenna to try to get more channels. I had no success. I was not at all pleased with this antenna.

This antenna is a sore look on the wall and didn't work. Guessing there are trees nearby that block signal from stations. Moved up and down the wall and didn't work. Returned the product with no problem to BB

I live about 50 miles from Boston and so expected to get somewhat good reception. I got absolutely nothing. I returned the antenna to the store and received full credit. Best Buy is great to do business with!

$89.99 for a paper thin piece of plastic.....NO WAY! Then they advertise that it comes with strips to attach it behind your tv to hide the cords, but you still have to plug it into an outlet.....FOOLISH!

Wanted to drop Cable tv so bought this antenna. I followed the instructions, expecting 15/20 channels. Got 6. Probably because I live in an inside apartment, but still disappointed.

I spent the money hoping this would work. My house is within 25 miles of a tower, and this product says for 60 plus miles. Hooked it up and have the channels it picked up were all static. Wouldn't buy again

The salesman spoke highly of this product. The installer said unless I had it places outside I might get a little better reception, they did not recommend this product. I returned them to the store.

There was no place on the back of my flat scree Sharp to plug in the outlet jack....I have to return it to the store. The salesman assured me that it works with all TV models....but I guess it doesn't.

We tried this one because the original attena that works great, is big and bulky. Couldn't get any reception so we stuck with the original attena even though it was bulky

Very dissatisfied with the selection of stations. None of them were "My favorites" as advertised. Bought 2 returned 1 because I didn't get them returned in the allotted time.

I bought it hopefully to receive the major networks in my area. On rainy days I am lucky to get one. The reception is shoddy. I would not recommend buying one if you live in an apartment building.

Highly recommended by salesman. Terrible results. Did not pick up local or 75 miles away major city. Moved from window to window, direction to direction. Zero results. Wasted money.

after looking it up online and contacting the company I returned it because it will not work in my location. too many hills and buildings in the way for us to get any reception from it

I hooked it up trying to get lical channels. Nothing came through. I tried multiple locations throughout the house. Maybe its my area i live in. But i returned it.

This seems like a good idea but their signal is terrible. Have to be in just the right spot for it to work. If ur not in a major city you only get maybe one channel
