When I bought a new 4K TV, rather than pay for another cable box for my old HD TV, I wanted to see what a HD antenna could do. I get 20 different stations (some are duplicates of main stations in the area). The picture quality is great! The TV is located in the basement. I foresee a man cave. I also foresee that when my cable contract is up, I may get antenna's for all TV's, purchase an app or 2 and go cable free.

These over the air free TV antennae's are hit or miss depending on location. I checked a few sites as to the reception in my area and all indicated that I would receive about 14 channels. The set up was easy and as advertised I'm receiving 14 channels. The picture quality is excellent. I'm using it in first floor location approximately 15' from closest window.

Finally made the decision to dump our cable service and bought this antenna We are very pleased with the channels we are able to pull in and the clarity of them. We do occasionally experience some crackling but generally able to fix it with switching channels or even tapping the antenna. Worst part of the whole process is learning the channel numbers and associating them with the networks. :-)

So fed up with DirectTV - this simple antennae took no time to convert my tv to show me all my local channels and channels from 3 other markets. Easy.

Great antenna but needs to be near a window. Will not work well in an interior of a house or building

Very position dependent. Moved the antenna 3' and we lost some channels and got different ones. Probably due to our distance from the broadcast towers. Just so-so performance at our location.

This works as advertised but placement is key. Be prepared to move the antenna and use a coax extension for best effect.

I live about 30 miles from downtown Minneapolis. I have it upstairs connected to a non-smart tv - dumb tv? Anyway, the reception is great for being that far away. The flat panel tv is now receiving many digital channels. Clear picture. It is very light to hang on the wall or just use flat on the chest of drawers where the tv is sitting. I am very satisfied.

Living in downtown Denver has it's issues when trying to get local channels (& HD) with all of the concrete around. The broadcast anntenae's are located west of town in the mountains. I bought this in hopes of being able to get all of my local channels. This antennae has limitations as do most..

I returned this product. I had another antenna already that was a bit older and was curious if this would get me any other channels. It didn't, so there was no need to own it. It worked fine other than that.

I made the mistake and bought it without reading the restrictions on the box. We installed it on our smart flat screen in the basement. The box specifically says do not install in basements with cement walls, 2 items we had . This gave us only 1 new channel. We are working on an extension so we can get more channels.

Moved into a new place and trying to get by without cable or satellite, so I picked up this HD antennae. It works, mostly. There are periods of time when I get great reception. And then there are periods of time when it is pixilated and choppy for several minutes, or even long enough where I turn the TV off. It could be my location. It could be weather-related. Either way, I don't watch too much TV anymore, so it doesn't bother me very much. But when there is a show I want to watch, it is bothersome that it doesn't always come in clearly.
