    It Works But...

It works, but it is very hard to find a position that allows all the channels to come in well. It is also very noticeable. If your tv is mounted on a wall there is no way to hide the big square antenna and its wire.

Our home sits just below a small hill, so although only 25 miles from nearest city, did not pick up several local network stations. However, when travelling, set-up at a 2000' elevation directly facing Atlanta, over 80 miles away, and picked up most Atlanta stations. Did see better reception daytime rather than night time.

This antenna works really well, the only draw back is that, I live in a split level and my tv room is in the bottom floor, so it does not pick up all the stations, that are in the area. But other than that, I would still recommend this antenna to my friends, and have.

The anntenna has a hard time picking up channels when it's windy outside. I miss the analog days. It was easier to watch channels on windy days. With digital the signal has to be perfect, if not its all scramble

This unit replaced an existing flat powered antenna on a TV located in a lower level room. We went from periodic "low signal" to rock solid on the key local stations. Several stations that were previously unusable are now available. One hint: wifi equipment (e.g. ChromeCast, Sonos speaker) seems to interfere with reception. The antenna works best when placed as far as possible from these devices.

I love the reception of this antenna, if you have it in the right place, but if you are off by even half an inch, you get zero picture at all. And it is not the easiest to adjust and then get it to stay on the wall easily. Then you might have to move it for each different channel you wish to watch

So far so good with this antenna. using the USB power is definitely recommended. Only downside but it is not to the fault of the antenna, is CBS in my area is Ch 2 and it is very hard to get a good signal anytime. Otherwise every other station comes in crystal clear.

I placed this in the attic to achieve maximum range and it picks up quite a few stations. I may have to relocate it to get better reception. I had purchased a Leaf brand antenna previously, which I felt had a better design that allowed the power source to be placed in the living space instead of up in the attic.

Depending on what area you are in this could replace cable. The only bad side is that you have to find different spots to place it for different channels.

Once channel scan was completed, I knew that I had purchased a very good antenna. I didn't realize that there were so many local channels over the air. Not missing the high cost of having cable tv and for a small fee ($25) a month (saving $90 - $100) I can stream the cable channels that I want. Loving it!

We like it. This is an HD antenna which we have laying on the TV table. Occasionally we need to turn it 30 degrees or so. Simple to do since it is so accessible on the table. Black side up works best. We've combined it with Roku. Working fine. Don't miss the cable bills...but do miss recording tv shows.
