It worked better than I hoped
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to use at a relative's home located in a country setting where even cell phone coverage is spotty. Neighbors who want TV must subscribe to a sateliite provider. On the web I checked on a FCC site that shows locations of TV transmitter towers within a 50 mile radius of a location you specify. I found that there were 4-5 towers that might be accessible within the range of this product. It worked. We plugged the antenna to the TV and moved it around for best reception, and are able to pick up 3 HD channels, major networks. I an very pleased.

It works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried different indoor antennas and this one works the same as others on the market. The nice feature this one has is that it is flat and can easily be concealed behind a picture or behind some furniture on the wall. I don't notice any difference with the in-line amplifier but overall, it gets a decent number of channels (HD and SD).

Not worth price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It would be better to just buy the other brands that are cheaper in price... RCA has one that works better for less

Better than I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We read reviews on these portable antennas but not this one. We talked to the Best Buy reps and they said this one is popular. I can't believe how many channels we can see on it. It's great for our guest room and the portability of using it outside.

Works ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told this was the best one so I bought it. I get several channels but my Nieghbor has a cheaper one and gets several more channels and paid half. Maybe it’s just because they are higher but ok for the most part

Not perfect, but very happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We live about 25 miles outside of the city and this gets us the major networks and public television. Reception on 1 -2 channels is somewhat inconsistent, but still happy with the overall performance.

Works okay, but not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disregard the promise that it can reach stations up to 50 miles away - it depends on so many factors, but you will get some stations. Placement is really critical and you have to rescan to check channels. Good news for me that I have this on a seldom used television in a spare room, so it's not critical, but it's a lot of money for less than great performance.

Outstanding amplified HDTV antenna
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up. Instructions are clear and there are just a few steps. The resolution was great and it picked up many more channels than I thought I was going to receive.

Helps reception, but must relocate for each station
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV is on the side of the house where most local station signals would come from, however, we have to move antenna around the room to get clear reception for different stations, but once moved, it definitely improves reception. (We have not tried drilling a hole in ceiling in order to move antenna to attic, because we're not sure how long we will be staying here.)

Works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live at the furthest edge of the range of this antenna. It works well depending on the weather. I receive enough stations to satisfy my needs. If I were interested in getting more stations, I would have bought an antenna with more range.

Performs as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I still cannot pull in CBS, but it was a long shot even with this antenna... so I am satisfied none the less. Every other network comes in just fine and so I have severed my relationship with our local cable company.

HDTV Reception Surprisingly Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Relocating to the boondocks with no wired access to anything but electricity was a major change. Simply putting this antenna high on the wall inside my home pulls HDTV right out of the air. No cable channels, of course, but for keeping up with local news, or something special on the networks, reception is great. Heavy forestation in the region keeps the signal(s) weak, but all in all I couldn't be happier with this solution. If you are located in or near an urban environment, reception will be better owing to a stronger signal. Depending on what and how much TV you watch, you may find that this provides sufficient access, enabling you to lower the noise.

Decent antennae
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this HD antennae to help get a better reception on new TV since we do not have cable, it does perform better than the previous one we had, still has to be positioned just right to get a good reception
