    Didn't work out of the box after install for a Rivian. Electrician had to call Tesla support to push update waited an hour then it worked great charging at 11.5kw.

    The charger works great, and since I chose the universal model, my friends and family who don’t have Teslas have been able to charge at my home. I had a professional install it, but the setup was easy. My only complaint is that I wish the cord were a few feet longer.

    Efficient charger. Use with Tesla Model 3 and Chevy Equinox EV. Used local electrician for and install amd it was much cheaper to have installed ($450). Call aroumd and check your local prices for install.
