So glad I was able to purchase the Tesla Wall Charger online and pick it up the same day. I wasn't sure how long delivery would take if I ordered it from the Tesla shop. I love the convenience of just going my local Best Buy store and picking it up. I was able to get the wall charger installed that same week. I love how I can schedule my Charging time via the Tesla app and it charges my EV quickly. I usually charge when my battery is at 20% and schedule to start charging after 10 pm and have it charge to 80%. It takes less than 5 hours to charge. I had it installed outside by my garage door and it's nice looking. Very happy with this charger

Bought this to charge our 24’ Honda Prolouge. Works great did have to use an adapter to from NACS to J1772. But I knew that going into the purchase. Install was easy so was the setup. Took maybe 45min-1hr start to finish, as I had the wire ran out to the garage already. App is very easy to use. I’ll buy another one when we get our next EV as well.

A local electrician came out to my house to install the charger and the setup was super easy It only took me 5 minutes. It looks beautiful and works well I highly recommend it if you don't have this changer yet!

Showed up on time, the installation was very easy. Very simple setup and works great!

Works very well once you set it up. Took a bit of patience to get into its private network. Scan the QR code on the left side of charger. Lowered my amps down to match circuit. Plays nice with my old 100 amp panel. FYI I’m running a 30amp circuit which delivers 24 amps. Charges car at about 20 miles an hour. It’s more than enough.

This charger is amazing as a must have for all EV owners. The ease of installation is amazing but only does a charge faster than your traditional dryer plug. It has built-in safety measures that you don’t get with your traditional dryer plugs. This is a no-brainer if you own an EV.

It’s great that Best Buy sells this so you can get it same day and use your reward zone discounts. Not much to say more than every other review. It does what it says it will, it was easy enough to install, and it makes it easy to schedule to charge my M3 at night when the power rates are cheaper. My advice for any future buyers is to look up the official documentation on the Tesla website that will tell you what you need and what you can expect with the power situation you have in your home. Most people will have to hire an electrician and spend money updating their power and/or adding an additional breaker box to their property. It takes more than retrofitting your existing dryer plug. Also as mentioned by others, navigating setting up the WiFi connection for it is tedious and takes repeat tries. But once it’s connected it’s fine, it’s just the initial setup that frustrating.

Got the Wall Connector going and could not believe how fast home charging could be. What would take over 24 hours previously is now 3 hours. This is even faster than the chargers I have at work! Cord is long enough for my driveway and is very convenient for charging needs. Easy to install if doing yourself, if you know electrical basics - otherwise an electrician is needed. I was able to save on installation by doing this myself and did need to spend another $180 in 25 feet of wiring, breaker and conduit to run the dedicated line. Recommended for EV owners who desire a fast charge from home.

So I’ve had this for a few months now. Considered other brands because it was cheaper. But Tesla is known for quality and ease for just using the App. Was thinking of another brand EV too and had to think about what I need to do. So I considered the cheaper mobile version but then wanted to just get a Neochqrge for later which allows you to use one 50amp outlet and switches charging. I’m he install wasn’t bad at all. Even installed a plug lug rather direct to box. So like I said when we get another EV I can have another charger and it will switch charging in the middle of the night so both cars can be ready.

Works great. Easy to use. Love the all too. Would buy again
