    Got it from Best Buy same day as ordered. In addition to getting much faster than from Tesla, got best buy rewards by using best buy card.

    Worked great for 2 months. Now it works on/off randomly. Very unreliable, Tesla support nonexistent. They performed a remote diagnostic. Apparently it is reading an abnormal temperature on the handle and are replacing it under warranty. Then, the replacement is not usable because it cannot be registered to my account. Once again, Tesla support nonexistent. Total nightmare, look for an aftermarket charger with less tech. Waste of $500.

    Why not go with the best. Just be sure to consult an electrician and add an extra breaker to not diminish power to other appliances. Well worth it
