    Good charger that looks nice, until it breaks. I've had it for 9 months until it just stopped working out of nowhere. I emailed with Tesla who advised it was defective and sent me another. It's taking over a week to receive and they refuse to even compensate me with free charging from superchargers. A friend has had to change this out 3 times. I'm not sure about other competitors, but I would buy this with your eyes wide open.

    No customer support. I tried to trouble shoot the with the trouble shooting help menu, but there no live support or problem solving. Still can’t add the device to the Tesla app. Used multiple YouTube videos and it still does not work. Thank you Tesla for not giving us a customer support system for your products. No phone numbers or chats
