Would be nice if typed in information in screen had bigger fonts and color to choose from. Bigger screen with bigger fonts. And bigger key pad would be nice

I cannot believe the price they charge for this outdated piece of tech. I could’ve bought a tablet that does way more for the price they charge. The only reason I got this was because my son’s college required it.

Too complicated for my taste and instructions aren't clear.

The directions that came with it are clear and easy for my 16 year old to understand. It works well out of the box and does all the math functions he needs for school and testing. The batteries last a long time based on 4 hours of use a day. He likes it and it was a good choice for his needs.

I am making a return tomorrow morning. The calculator keeps malfunctioning. I hope to get a replacement.

My grandson needed this calculator for his high school math class and we found it at Best Buy. It was a great price and just what he wanted. So far it’s been great because he has every good grade in that class. So glad we were able to find it.

My daughter needed it for 11th grade AP physics and it works as it should and she’s happy with it

Bought this for my son in his 1st year of college and it has made his assignments so much easier for him. He was using an online version which frustrated him and has been extremely helpful.

First of all, when you're done with this calculator do your self a favor and recycle it for cash on www.cash4calcs.com. I used for calc and statistics, but had to upgrade to a TI-89 for physics and chem. This calculator is sweet - it's like a game boy once you download all the games from your friends. I've personally spent at least 50 hours programming simple games on it as well - I would recommend the TI-83 to anyone who has an interest in computer programming as it serves well as an introduction.

Very good product and very reliable made my work easy

I'm a Math Major and I still use the TI-83, even though new versions have come out. I believe it is simpler and easier to use. It has all you need without too many buttons or things in the way. It is a great tool for cheking your work, and it will become your best friend in all Trig, Calculus, and higher math classes.

I have used my TI-83 since high school, and it is a great calculator to have around when you need to crunch some numbers. This works great for any math classes.

I bought this for my 8th grader. A little pricey for a middle-schooler, but it will grow with her. She says it's easy to use and there's plenty of room for pushing buttons without mistakes. I recommend it.
