Classic old movie remastered in blu ray...fantastic

Movie was good, I think the third movie was the best.

Good movie to watch with the family since this is the most PG movie I've ever seen especially when it comes to war

Movie is the entire chronical. These movies were bought for pre-teen children and they enjoyed them.

Very funny and interesting. Older movie. Patterned Predictability.

I am home sick and I saw the second two movies so I was dying to see the first in the series but the DVD was stratched and I have not sent it back and I am disappointed in the quality when I have never had a poor experience with buying DVDs online before.

This was a great adaptation of a wonderful book series. It's a fantastic introduction to the Pevensie children as they escape war and fill their days with wonder and amazing adventure. They grow and learn who they are through this action packed first installment. It also has a great soundtrack

I remember watching the BBC version of this movie in grade school (I'm 26 now) and it used to intrigue me. I absolutely loved the storyline and the characters. I never forgot that movie as I got older. A few years ago, I heard rumors about the creation of a new 'Chronicles' movie and was elated. I just hoped that a modern day spin on the book wouldn't leave me with a bad taste in my mouth. The day the movie came out at theaters I saw this. It was great and was everything that I had hoped it would be. The action scenes were awesome. This movie was so good that I bought it on DVD the day it came out. Though I already have this on DVD, I am still going to buy it on Blu-Ray. I can't wait to see how good it looks on my big screen tv. I forced my little cousins to watch this one day and they loved it (though the lion & witch scared the youngest one a little bit). I regrettably have still not seen 'Prince Caspian' but I will definitely buy that on Blu-Ray soon.

This is a family movie that all can enjoy and take some moral message from. Based very closely on the book by C. S. Lewis, this version of the story has some great special effects and is very interesting to watch. The youngest of children will get the most basic ideas about selfishness and loyalty from the story, while older audience members will understand the deeper spiritual meanings implied. We have enjoyed every version of this movie, but this one is even more believeable and therefore more entertaining as well.

Narnia is the most beautiful movie ever made on Blu-ray. The picture quality is better than theater on my 4071FX with 1000HD with 120 hz turned low and on Game Mode. The war camp scene is breathtaking as are the battle scenes. I love all of my 50+ Blu-rays and this one is in the top 2...along with Casino Royale as far as movie content+PQ+AQ are concerned. Buy it as you will not regret it and enjoy this great movie for years to come as Blu-ray discs are indestructible!!!

I recall reading this book when I was in middle school and absolutely loved the book. Now, my son is enjoying the same story, just in movie format (kids have it so easy these days!). It would be an excellent movie for all ages had it not had some scary areas about death and imagery that are a bit violent, but there still is quite a bit of excellent story telling content.

I really love this movie. Sometimes I don't like fantasy movies much, but I loved this movie. It's one of the movies that you buy and don't just watch once or twice. You'll watch it over and over again. At least I do. The only thing people need to think about with getting this movie is that it might be too violent for really little kids during the war scenes.

I absolutely love this movie! Every time I watch this movie I see something different, which is amazing. What I like most about this movie is how acurately it kept with the details that were seen in the book. There obviously were some discrepancies, but there weren't that many to take that much affect on the film's overall greatness. Also a bonus of this movie was having James McAvoy playing the role of Mr. Tumnus. He is gorgeous!

While not a perfect film, this was nonetheless a great adapatation of the classic story. As with all movies based on books, some liberties were taken with the story to allow for better time and flow. Fortunately, these were minor and not too distracting, and the result was a great movie. The special effects and action sequences were outstanding as well. The extras on this disc were not particularly impressive (but then again, I don't usually spend much time on the extras anyway, so who am I to say?)

This is a really fabulous fantasy adventure. It has Liam Neeson, who is a great actor (even though he is a lion in this), and the other actors also display great acting. The movie itself has great Special Effects and Special Features. Overall, this a great movie to add to your collection!

I love this movie! I found it very intriguing because a closet took those kids to a magical world. I had fun watching it; its a great movie for children. I teaches morals that they could learn. This is such a great movie that I had to watch it over and over and over again. If you use your imagination you can create a whole new world and that is definitely cool!

Not really much to say about this, besides the fact that it looks amazing and the movie is incredible. The hi def looks great, but what really blew me away was the surround sound. On my Bose 5.1 system every scene was great. The opening of the German bombers over London was great, and it only got better from there...

i know this is a review on the movie but just to inform you the books will always be better than the movies this movie is awesome from the very begining to the very end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
