Conjuring 2 is a great movie and pretty darn scary. The Dolby Atmos soundtrack on this Blu-ray really adds to the erie ATMOSphere of the film. The picture quality is also spectacular and the special features are fun to watch.

I enjoyed this movie, I was well aware of the actual case, and knew it wouldn't be a "documentary" so I wasn't surprised or disappointed in places where they too "poetic license." Scary and well worth the purchase.

If you are a fan of the first Conjuring movie then you will love this entry. It's nearly as strong as the original in almost every way. If you didn't enjoy the Conjuring or other similar movies this won't be the one to win you over. It's much more of the same in that category.

I really enjoyed the original conjuring and in my opinion this is just as good if not better! The warren's are brought to England by a strong entity that has control of the hodgson's...watch to find out the twist and turns

I love a good thriller and I really thought this was pretty scary. So much that I had to stop the movie at least 3 times and watched it during the day. It was slow at first but when it picks up...yikes!!! Don't watch alone

Pre ordered this movie. This was on the top of my must watch movie list. The day I received it, i loaded the digital copy into my VUDU library. I watched it & I was not disappointed. It was everything I thought it would be

The Conjuring 2 is a great sequel to the first, it's interesting to see the warrens having to travel to help a family who's paranormal experiences have been made public by the media so people don't know whether or not to believe their situation is real or fabricated.

From just the beginning of the film, I was hooked into it, and seeing the new ghosts that haunt the warrens as they investigate a new haunting case was just terrific! If anyone out there enjoyed the first one, then I highly recommend them checking this out as soon as they can!

This movie was on sale and costed me $5. Luckily, the picture was clear and had no damaged being mixed in with other clearance movies. These movies were worth it.

These are my favorite horror movies. This sequel was great and well done, but it was not as scary and creepy as the first one was. It still is scary and the blu ray sound quality helps make it scarier and more enjoyable

This was a great sequel or prequel to the first conjuring film, the suspenseful moments in the film were very creepy and there were plenty of jump scares. If you liked the original you should give this one a chance.

If you want a good horror movie, this is a pretty good flick to watch. However, there are a lot of discrepancies between what occurred in real life to the movie. The biggest of which is the Warrens only stayed a day on the case and wasn't particularly interested in it.

I thought this movie was an excellent addition to the Conjuring series. Great story backed up by true events. Great copy on blu ray.

My husband and I love The Conjuring movies! We'd like to go visit the museum where the haunted/possessed articles are held! I wish there were more of Ed and Lorraine's stories available as movies!

I liked the first Conjuring movie, but felt it was a little... derivative? However, this movie had me on my feet the whole time. I genuinely could not predict any of the plot elements and the scares were visceral and felt very well-earned. Definitely worth a watch.

I loved the first movie, but this one i think was better. It's one of the best horror movies I've seen in a long time and was very surprised how good it was. I highly recommend adding this to your collection.

I really enjoy watching The Conjuring movies. The story telling is top notch regardless of the genre. But this is one of my favorite genres either way. From interviews with Wan and the producers there is hope to continue to tell other stories from the Warrens.

Scary is not the word to you is about the sequel. Scared to death is the only way to describe this sequel . It's not often that sequels or as good if not better than the original but this one makes the cut.

This is solid tastefull hooror. This is not cheesy at all. Good storyline and masterfully delivered. They put this hooror movie together to definitely please! Get ready to jump with surprises and suspension!

Continuing a series based on different adventures had by the protagonists is already a better move than resurrecting a killer over & over again for sequels (said the slasher flick aficionado). The Warrens are a fascinating true bit of ghostly history and made for a great flick in the first CONJURING. Part 2 brings a more involved story, a nice broad scope of time and place & decent pacing to lead you through the darkness. My only issue is that the film takes on a very sentimental tone about 2/3 of the way through. This in part bolsters the sense of danger and what's on the line for our heroes, but feels overkill for a second entry into a horror movie series. I would prefer to give it 3.5 stars, but 3 will do!
