Customers are satisfied with the gameplay, citing it as fabulous and fun with excellent graphics. Many also appreciate the vast amount of content and the expansive open world, although some experienced occasional lag depending on internet connection. While the story is considered good, a persistent concern is the requirement of an internet connection to play.

I'm giving this a 3 stars solely on reason that I'm not a big fan of playing online. The world seems big enough to spend countless hours playing, but again the online thing. I hate it when you reach a treasure and some other player out of nowhere comes in and takes it, leaving nothing for you. My preference was the game style for Skyrim. Overall, the game so far seems fun.

First, you must have Internet connection, & also a PlayStation + account. So pick up the ps+ card when you buy the game to save you the trip back to the store. Now you can enjoy one of the coolest first or third person, single or co-op, action rpg´s ever created. I instantly fell in love with this game. The scenery, the story, the controll, the options, the co-op, all first class. Enough missions, challengs, and side quests to rack up litterally hundreds of hours of game play!!!!!!

ESO definitely surprised me, it manages to combine both the positives of an mmo with the classic single player mode that elder scrolls players have come to expect.

Basically forget skyrim existed and just think of this game as a standalone and it shines on its own

I spent a solid 2 weeks getting the hang of the game in the starting zone. The rabbit hole goes deep on this one. Awesome for anyone looking for tons and TONS of Elder scrolls. Trophy hunters worst nightmare.

This game is alright but I'd recommend the Witcher 3 over this game unless you had to play online!

It may not be the next skyrim but ESO is a decent game for those who love the Elder Scrolls lore.

MMOs are, in my opinion, frequently not an very enjoyable experience. You have to wait for friends to log on and help you, you can't finish a quest without some guy online to give you a hand, and there's usually no storyline to fall back on when the grinding gets boring. ESO changes none of this.
The Elder Scrolls background is nice, I'll admit, and forging your own weapons out of minerals you scour the land for is always fun... but it's not exactly original. None of this game is. If you like Elder Scrolls lore and you don't mind boring MMO tropes (fetch quests! pick up groups!), go for it. It's a cheap title right now and there's NO SUBSCRIPTION FEE. Sure there's tons of in-game purchases, but, hey, nothing is perfect. Especially this game.

Is it great? No. Is it worth playing? Yes. It has its flaws but many MMO's do in the beginning.

A mmorpg like world of Warcraft. You need Xbox live or playstation plus to play it but there's no extra fee with the game. Very fun, fantasy world with monsters, magic, big world with lots of exploring.
