This is a good game for a hardcore gamer. You are able to replay it without getting bored.

Elder Scrolls is great, but I ended up returning this because even though I got it on sale at the time, it is worth it to get the Legendary version instead now that they are almost the same price. The Legendary version includes all the DLC.

Be warned! This game might same like a great deal at a nice, low price... but it runs like garbage on the playstation 3! I hear they are putting it on playstation 4, probably because they know about this. If you don't have this on pc or wait for the current-gen release you'll be disappointed. I was so hyped up to get this after hear a friend who has it on pc talk about it. Everything is simple soooo slow and choppy. Every time you open something it freezes for a second to display to you what you have just picked up. Oblivion ran much better than this. Personally, I'd have taken a downgrade in graphics for the ability to run this game smoothly as it should be!!! I also heard after looking into it more that the game freezes and crashes fairly frequently on consoles, so you'll have to save it constantly. It's a shame it ran so poorly because I really wanted to get into it. I ended up recently buying witcher 3 on ps4 instead and that game runs as it should and it much, MUCH better in terms of combat, depth, and everything else. I'll do a review for this again for the ps4 version once it's released but I urge you.... stay away! There are much better RPGs on the ps3 that run much better than this. I've never played a game that ran so poorly on playstation 3. Save your money and put it towards something better.

I do not like point of view games. It has a good story though. The graphics had good color. I wish this was a first person game.

It's hard for me to give a game a 5/5, but this one deserves it. First off, you might want to say goodbye to your social life before buying this game, because it'll be gone. Not only is Skyrim's main story pretty lengthy, all of the side quests, lone wandering, places to discover, ect., will add about 300+ hours. Skyrim is huge, with over 300 places to discover, it'll take you quite a bit to find them all. Which is great. The graphics are beyond beautiful. This game is designed to be looked at as a whole. That being said, the mountains, grass, trees, ect. are all very detailed. There's 70 NPCs, so there's plenty of people to talk to/get quests from. There's thousands of items to loot, and you can look at all in full detail. The favorites menu is very well thought of. And the sound is exceptional. The soundtrack plays in the background throughout the whole game, matching every sequence perfectly. If you've heard a rumor about the PS3 glitching about 30 hours in, it hasn't happened to me. They've patched it. But just in case, you might want to delete all your old Skyrim saved files to save room. There really is no way to review this whole game. But, for your sake, but it. 5/5 easily.
