This tops any game I have ever, and I mean ever, played (just above original Halo, a little above original Mario Kart). I play just about any type of game, and this thing just tops them all. It is beyond addicting, I have no idea how many hours I have pumped into it. Everyday at work another guy who has it and me have to talk about everything we did the previous day on it. Tough without being impossible, tons of different ways to play, infinite possibilities in gamepath, just love it.

Skyrim is amazing, I bought it back in 2011 when it was released and still enjoy playing it to this day! My nieces even got hooked on playing it.

This is one of the best RPG's to date. The graphics and storyline are awesome and the replay value is endless.

The graphics are incredible, you need to see the dragons fly. The storyline is intense and diverse and there are so many side quests and additional quests depending on the character you create, that you can practically spend forever playing. If you haven't tried this game yet, you absolutely must!

I never thought I'd play another Elder Scrolls game after all the time I spent messing around with Oblivion, but once Skyrim came out, I couldn't resist. As much fun as Oblivion was, Skyrim easily doubled that. The story lines are good, the graphics are incredible, and the game play is a ton of fun. This game is loaded, and you really do "get your money's worth".

Before the release of Skyrim, I had neither heard of nor played any of the elder scroll. I noticed there was a major hype going around that the much anticipated Skyrim was soon to be released. I decided to do a little research about what this game was all about. I liked what I read, so I picked the game up a few days after it was released. At first, I absolutely hated the game. Coming from many RPGs (MW3, Black Ops & BF3 etc) I was not used to this type of gameplay at all. It was a whole new experience to me. After playing for a couple of hours I fell in love. The gameplay is amazing. The graphics and amount of detail is stunning, unlike anything I've seen in a game before. The audio is no different, majestic music is played throughout the game. I enjoy just walking around in the game, looking at the scenery and listening to the music. This is definitely one of the top games that has been released for Xbox360 as of now!

I bought Skyrim the day it came out and I still play it today. The vastness of this game and how beautiful it is to run around as your classic spellslinger, warrior, rogue, or mix of all 3 is fantastic. Fighting dragons and leveling up and discovering hidden chests, I can go on forever about this game! I also bought this copy for pc since mods definitely contribute to the game and pc gaming is better than console gaming anyways. 10/10 already always recommend to everyone!

Seriously fun. Very diverse quests with lots of plot twists. Main quest is about 40 hours worth, but the massive amount of side quests can make total gameplay 3-4x this much. New magic system is very cool. A+++

This game is a great game for people who have patience and love to kill in a first person camera or 3rd person, it is filled full of legends, marriages, and a whole world to do what you want. The Dragon born has a power that noone else has; the ability to absorb a dragon's soul and learn Thu'ums also known as shouts that can kill or push back an enemy. You can have a wife or husband, the whole plot of the story is based in the early years of the vikings and shows remarkable graphics with the right T.V. AKA use an hdmi cord. The best thing about this game is the action and choices you make, spend money on horses,jewelry,food, potions, weapons, spell books, and so much more! This game sadly is not an online game but for no online play it is amusing to most people. There are different places to go and so many factions to join, Dark brotherhood, The Legion, The Storm-cloaks, and more. You also can become legendary creatures such as Werewolf(AWESOME) or a Vampire(SUCKS>LITERALLY)!!! I recommend if you love hours of addictive play you should buy this great game!!!

Great graphics and several story lines to complete help make this title an exceptional value. This game is especially good for people with limited Internet connection as it is not needed to play.

This is truly the best game ever made. Even if you aren't an Elder Scrolls fan, you will immediately pick up on the storyline. Take it from me. I was a COD player for years. A couple minutes on this game and I'm hooked. It would make a GREAT gift for friends or family.

best game of the year by far. Well over 100 hours into the game and still have well over 100 more to put in. Incredible value. A few glitches but nothing so big it takes away from the immersive experience at all.

If you liked "Fallout 3" or "The Elder Scrolls" you will love this game. The graphics are the best yet and the amount of things to see and do is beyond belief. You could play for months and not see everything. The only problem I see is a graphic glich here and there, but all Bethesda games seem to have a few. But when you take in the total amount of space it's like 1% of the total.

To say Skyrim is the best RPG ever created is a bold statement in a genre filled with so many amazing titles. From the original Pool of Radiance, to Baulder's Gate, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect, and Fall Out (just to name a few# I have never played a RPG as beautiful, immersive, and as fun as Skyrim. With well over 100 hrs of game play, fun and exciting side quests, a great main story line, and a massively open-ended world to explore, Skyrim is guaranteed to put a major dent in your social life for weeks to come. Bethesda has improved on nearly every short coming of Oblivion. The characters and graphics are more realistic with a world where you can almost taste the dirt and grime. The process of character creation and leveling has been improved drastically. The crafting / alchemy system has also been revamped to allow for a substantially more fun experience #you can now also forge your own weapons and armor#! There is a much greater variety of weapons, armor, and miscellaneous items EACH beautifully rendered in stunning detail. There is also much more variety in textures eliminating the "every fort and dungeon looks the same". Your characters #and horses# now "stick" to the ground instead of floating / flying. The sound effects and sound track are awesome. I could go on and on over the awesomeness of this game and the huge improvements in brings to the Elder Scrolls series. However, there are a few cons as well. On the Xbox, loading times can be very long #on the PC they are nearly instantaneous#. The graphics on the Xbox is also noticeably lower then the PC version. However, the game's interface and control is obviously designed for a console's controller and thus can be a little burdensome with a keyboard #luckily you can buy an Xbox like controller for the PC if you wish#. Like any huge and complex game there are bugs to be worked out, some graphical anomalies, and a buggy companion path finding algorithm. Aside from the load times of the Xbox version, nothing close to being a deal breaker. In conclusion, if you like RPGs this is a MUST HAVE game.

I've been a fan of the Elder Scrolls game for some time. I was slightly disappointed by Oblivion (though it was still a great game) due to the overly vague quest directions, and a leveling system that made it far too easy to level up to the point where you were incapable of combat due to non-combat skills leveling you up too fast. Skyrim fixes the few problems Oblivion had and presents an engaging and wonderful world full of HUNDREDS of hours of game play. You can speed along through the main quest line as fast as you wish, or take your time to explore the world at your leisure... and the quest generation engine is exceptional. Definitely recommend for ES fans and new players alike.

My friend and I were discussing the awesomeness of this game and we were trying to decide how best to compare it to others. We hadn't played the previous Elder Scrolls (or else we may have compared it to that). But we have played (and loved) Red Dead Redemption and Fable 3. This game is somehow combining those into a game 20 times more amazing! I've been playing the game for months and I'm still finding new places and things to do. I would highly recommend this to anyone...just be careful since time disappears when you're playing!!

This is the best game ever made. Everything from play length to graphics is perfect. I'd write more, but I'd rather get back to playing.

I spent a lot of time playing Oblivion and had high expectations for the next iteration of the Elder Scrolls series. I was not disappointed. Everything about this game is a quantum leap forward from previous versions. Graphics: The graphics in this game are amazing. The world of Skyrim is not just visually stunning, it actually feels real. Everything from remote mountain tops, to marshy glades, to rocky tundra, and city environments are all rendered with exquisite detail. Each environment has its own vegetation, animals, and overall look and feel. Parts of this game look and feel exactly like the terrain of the Rocky Mountains or Pacific Northwest. Gameplay: The best part of this game isn't necessarily the story or graphics, but the way in which your character can interact with the world. You can capture butterflies, catch fish, kill bears and elk, and mine for ore. With the right ingredients you can cook different dishes, create potions, smelt ore into ingots and then into armor or weapons, and just about anything else imaginable. In addition, there are multiple excellent storylines to follow (the Companions, the Thieves Guild, the Dark Brotherhood, etc.), with the main quest being the destiny of the Dragonborn to challenge the Dragon God, Alduin. And if you don't want to go straight through the main storyline, there are plenty of side-quests to keep you busy.

Overall this is a good game. the only thing that i dont like about the game, is that sometimes there are glitches. I enjoy Skyrim because you can travel anywhere you want and basically decide what you want to do in the world. i have always favored the elder scrolls games over the fallout games. Skyrim is definitely a big advancement from Oblivion.

Too much to do in this game. You will easily spend 100 hours and still only cover the main points in the game. I'm currently at 88 hours and have meticulously only covered about 33 percent of the map.
