If you loved part one, part two will it disappoint you. It is full of scary and difficult bosses. Play on hard for the best challenge. This is one game you want to play at night.

It was a good game i would recommend to anybody who likes action and adventure and horror too.

If you don't think you might have scary dreams after playing this game, this game will prove you wrong. I've been playing a lot of scary games and never had any of them interfere with my dreams until I started playing this game. I'm definitely not playing this game in the dark or if I have to be at work the next day since I may not wake up in time. Overall, worth every scare.

Completed the first one and enjoyed it so much that I decided to get the second one and it was great. Besides the pre order bonus being delayed at launch everything was good.

Stunning graphics, technology, story. Lackluster acting and dialogue at times. More humor and less horror than the original.

I bought this game for my daughter as she has the first one and now has the set and she likes this one more. I'm glad I got it for her and that she enjoys it.

Much improved from the fist Evil Within, although the first one was great . Added crafting mechanics and a lot more stealth involved. 10 stars !!!!!!!

I’m really into horror/scary games and I do love The Evil Within. This one to me is movie like which I like a lot and is some what like a puzzle. Also you can be stealthy or just go all in. But as another plus to this game it’s somewhat of a sandbox game but with different separated town if that makes sense. All in all, great game.

I can't put this game down, It's fantastic. The only slight criticism I have for it is that you're not able to use the weapons from the previous game.

Good action horror video game almost as good as the original

A really solid and challenging game, especially for fans of the survival horror genre. Shigenori Nishikawa, one of the Resident Evil designers from the early 2000s, was the lead designer here, and it's very palpable. It also has a nice story and a fantastic design aesthetic that allows for any number of nightmarish creatures and locations.

the only issue that i have with this game its to action originated and it takes me out of the immersion sometimes but still a great game overall

All I have to say is that this game is a perfect example of learning from the first game. Mostly all my complaints about the first game were solved or added in the second. It’s also scarier imo.

I didn't think the game was as scary as others like RE1-4 or TEW1 but this was definitely scarier than RE6 without a doubt. I pretty much blasted through the game on Very Hard in under a week. I still have yet to play the game on the Veteran difficulty. Improved on lag, wonky mechanics in TEW1, the area sizes, and storytelling.

The story line is good. The game play also is good. Too bad dlc wasn't added on to this.
