What Works Well • The pixel-art presentation gets genuine praise. The backgrounds and sprite animation are well done, especially for a smaller budget title.  • For fans of the films, the use of familiar characters (Daniel LaRusso, Mr. Miyagi, Ali, Kumiko) and locations from the movies adds a fun nostalgic dimension.  • Local multiplayer (up to 4 players) is supported, which helps the game shine more when played with friends.  • The difficulty modes offer some variation, and there are little touches like level-up mechanics after each stage that try to add depth.  ⸻ Where It Falls Short • The combat, though serviceable, lacks the polish and depth of the best modern beat ’em ups. If you love the beatem ups, this is one you must add to your collection! At this price its a steal for entertainment! Fan of Karate Kid? This is a no brainer, must get!

Radical Reggie recommended this game and did not disappoint. I haven’t played it all the way through but it’s got that 90’s feel almost like an arcade style game like Turtles in time. Not sure if this game is multi player but it would be an awesome game playing with a friend.

Bought for a kid for a fighting game that wasnt to gory or sexy. Checks those boxes while being engaging.

Simple beat'em up just like the recent games like the turtles, double dragon, river city. Could have used more characters and more stages but its still fun to play alone or with friends. Easy to get into and not too hard.

Got this based on the screenshots. It is essentially a belt action arcade beat'em up. And in that vein it does well, and looks pretty good. But compared to the latest TMNT game and scott pilgrim this lacks a bit as the caracters are lacking and there are few to any unlockables to add vaule to replay. Its not bad if you like karate kid and clearce games just dont expect to much.

Picked this up on sale and I was suprised at how fun this game was. Nothing fancy. Just a beat'em up game.

Video gameplay is similar to TMNT Shredders Revenge.

Purchase this game for my family whole family to participate in a fight all. Very entertaining with the Karate Kid theme.

I loved this 2d games, i think they should keep making more games on this engine.
