Perhaps not as good as original, but understandable that it isn’t cause the first game was one of the greatest games ever created. I had high hopes for this game and it’s met my expectation. I know reviews have been mixed, but I personally really enjoy playing it. If you enjoyed the first game, you will see many very similar elements in this game to the original. Definitely worth a try!

The story takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions, and the visuals are insane.

Not as good as the first game and what feels like a lack of focus in game design. Not much variety in gameplay and enemies or even scenarios. Did not feel challenged in the least but a new difficulty setting has been added which will help with that. I stopped playing halfway through and just watched it online like a movie because it got too repetitive and was not enjoying the gameplay but I did want to see where the story went even if it was just to see if any redeeming qualities appeared. The dynamic between Joel and Ellie is the best part if this game, and also the least present. You get a handful of scenes/sections of the game that flashback to their experiences together, their fallout and their attempt at saving their relationship. The rest of the game (90% of it, or that’s what it feels like) is comprised mostly of characters you don’t like or care about with many questionable leaps in logic in order to suit the story.

Finished this game in 3 days lol and it only took that long because I got stuck in one part and had to set the setting to easy level to pass it lol and then changed it back once I was past that part Keeps you on your toes...way better story than the 1st one ...but do kind of wish there was more to it and that it would have taken me longer to finish

Love the gameplay and story telling. The game loses a star because it didn't have the multiplayer from the first game. I was a fan.

Many folks like the shooters in first person, but I always liked the games in third person like Uncharted franchise and The Last of Us, So for me the experience to play this game was incredible, graphics and game play in very high level and the plot is very strong and totally linked with the first game. Fans will love and not fans will recognize it's a triple A game worth to try.

Great sequel and a great game from Naughty Dog. It has all the trade mark Naughty Dog game play moments you'd expect from a Naughty Dog game, like the Uncharted series. Great story and acting. Great game play that guides you on where to go but not so much that it takes you out of the game, but enough so you don't have to constantly be looking up guides to help you.
