I had purchased this for my mother which has always enjoyed the older Zelda games and I finally talked her into giving this one a go and she is glad she did! I myself bought and completed the game some time back and it is a truly must have masterpiece. Pick up a copy and enjoy!

I've played every North American released Legend of Zelda game and this is arguably the best Zelda game and also one of the best games ever made. My wife and I have put over 600 hours into Breath of the Wild and we still find new ways to have fun.

This is my first time playing a Zelda game and it really is so much fun! It’s an open world type of game with many different types of quests so there is always something to do. I wish I would have gotten this game sooner!

The graphics are beautiful. If you can see somewhere in the game, you can go there - and I want to go everywhere in this game! I like the puzzle shrines and the foraging of items to make meals for health. The game area is ginormous, it really helps to have a horse or those shrines to warp between. Overall, really love this game so far!

Nintendo needed a fantastic game to launch the Switch, and they've got it. This may be one of the best Zelda games ever made, and considering its rich history, that is saying a lot. The graphics are great, but aren't the focus here. The gameplay is rich and engaging and the world just seems to be truly alive. You can lose hours in this game and never notice.

I absolutely love this game. There’s so much to do. It’s definitely not an easy game which in my opinion makes it worth it. Graphics are awesome. I think the only downside to this game is that it does drain your battery pretty quick but as long as you have a charger in hand you should be fine. I highly recommend it!!!

I really hate it when people hand out 5 stars like nothing. Really? Perfect? But when it comes to ZBOTW, it deserves it and more. You will get lost in the game and time will fly by. If you are playing on switch, GET THE PRO CONTROLLER (no de-syncing too) especially if you have bigger hands. This proves once again, GRAPHICS ARE NOTHING WITHOUT GREAT GAMEPLAY.

It’s been a while since playing a Zelda game, but this one is a must. I love the look and art style of this game, one of the best looking Zelda games. The open world map on this game is really big with lots to see and do. If your a Zelda fan and haven’t played this one yet I would highly recommend this one.

Easily the best switch game. I’d compare this to a “last of us”. But different in that it’s a very open platform. The whole world is climbable and you can go everywhere. Recommend the dlc to start off. Best thing I i can compre the open world to us the girl version of uncharted. You won’t regret it

The game is amazing. I never liked Zelda but it's hard to find a real problem with this one. It's very fun and it constantly changes plus it added a blood moon which revives enemies so it doesn't get boring. My only sore spot is you need to work for every bit of money in the game.

Amazing open world, no hand holding, just pure Zelda adventure fun!

It's been reviewing pretty consistently at perfect-near perfect scores and this one won't be much different. The game is incredibly well-done and the massive world to explore is so fun it turns hours to minutes. Even if you haven't played previous Zelda titles this is an awesome game to get started on! If you have a switch you already know it's a must have!

Breath of the Wild is the best game I've played in a very long time. I'm an avid gamer and this is the first game, in a very long time, that feels complete. It isn't relying on DLC or addons, because it's complete. It transports its adult audience back to 1998, sitting around a 19" tv playing Ocarina of Time. This game is the perfect game for young and old.

Play this on pro mode. This feels a lot like the NES Zelda game in that there's no hand holding. The game starts you off and says "explore." There's not annoying companion character going "listen!" every 10 seconds. Don't use strategy guides. Experience it organically. Not sure how I feel about the DLC/season pass. But the base game so far is fantastic.

I have played Zelda games for close to 26 years. This game is a refreshing look at what Zelda can do in a perfectly crafted open world. Even if you have never played or never enjoyed Zelda games; their are so many new and different things going on in this game that its hard to not recommend this to anyone. If you have a Switch, buy this!

Great game , great grafics , great story, a must have.

It's like Skyrim, but Zelda. The graphics are bright and the creatures and locations you encounter are full of personality. The physics in this game can be used to do some amazing things. This is the type of game where you can be imaginative and get good results. I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best games I've ever played. I've gotten back into console gaming after about 14+ years of being off. This is a great way to get bavk into it and try the upgraded way of gaming. I have a little play time within the years so I wasn't completely clueless but still this thing gets you right back into it! Love it!

My husband and I have now played through this twice, once on the Wii U, and again now on the Switch. It is a wonderful game. It's not the same as other Zelda games, so you can't expect it to be or you'll be disappointed. If you're a completionist and love big open worlds where you can do whatever, you'll love this game. We highly recommend it.
