I'm a big fan of the Switch overall. And I haven't owned a Nintendo console since the 64. Best Buy staff was a lil rude but it was late

This game is fantastic. A huge open world with tons of exploring. If you like Zelda, you will love this family friendly game.

I love everything from the gameplay to the music. I've only really played Ocarina of Time and 4 Swords, but this game sucked me right in far more than previous titles. I love sandbox games like The Witcher 3 and Fallout 3, so this was much more up my alley. It has a very wholesome and mysterious vibe; finding and solving the puzzles is a blast! I highly recommend this game to anyone that wants to get lost in fantasy and epic adventure.

For years Nintendo have been trying to reinvent Zelda but in the end the new ideas have not worked terribly well and the parts that still work are the same old thing. This feels like an actual reinvention while still feeling like Zelda. While not quite up to the hype it's received, it's still an open world that truly feels complete and without limit. It lack direction at times but for most that won't really matter.

Had so much fun with this one. It really is the way to play a game on the switch a must have

This is not the first Zelda that I played but it is the first one that I own and finish. To simply put it, this game is a masterpiece!!! The graphics, gameplay mechanics, and characters are so good and have so much charm. However, the freedom that we got on this game was something that we’ve never seen before in a Zelda game before giving us multiple ways to finish the game as we pleased

What more can I say? This game is near perfection. Game play is tight, world design is outstanding, the flow of the story and the pacing is wonderful. You can do anything in almost any way imaginable, and yet it still feels far less overwhelming than other massive open world games. Attention to detail is on another level, as is often the case with Nintendo. This is a whole new level of Zelda, and in my opinion it's a perfectly executed direction. This game has it all. BUY IT!!!

The world of BOTW is simply extraordinary and just so vast. Even investing hundreds of hours into the game, there will still be more of the world to explore and more game mechanics left to exploit in order to take down enemies. The only aspect of the game which I found annoying was the low durability of weapons which placed limits on my use of my favorite equipment. Regardless, the game is still one of my favorite Switch games to date.

With breath of the wild the classic feel of the old school 2D Zelda returns in this brand new massive 3D world to explore, with enough POLISHED mechanics to have more than 5 ways to obtain the objective and which way you go is entirely up to you. I just can't emphasize enough how polished everything thing is and how every level and step you take was carefully planned and tested, don't miss out on the game of 2017.

The legend of zelda has always been a great franchise and this game is the perfect example of why. Great story and game play.

This Zelda brings me back to Ocarina of Time. Its a great game packed with an open map challenging puzzles and great gameplay

We previously bought this game on the Wii U, and was not disappointed with this version either. Has all the same content, which means it was jam-packed. The frame-rate and graphics in this version were better though, and it is a wonderful game. However, it can get a tad boring and tedious occasionally. Great game.

Most fun I have had with a game in a long time. Challenging, but not punishing. So incredibly open and fun. Love everything about it.

I've played this game for many hours and there is still so much to do. The open world is great for exploring with lots of content.

This game is by far the best thing to come out of Nintendo for a long LONG time. They have essentially gone back to the roots of what Zelda was meant to be- a game all about exploration, your drive to quest, and the freedom to approach a scenario however you think best! If I had to describe it, it's like the best parts of an Elder Scrolls game combined with Zelda- open world, expanse terrain to explore, resource management and collecting, and more importantly, plenty of adversity and challenges to keep you hooked!!

Everyone should have this game if they have a switch, story, graphics, smoothness. It just has it all

This was a gift for my adult son. He says it is an amazing game to play. He says the graphics are incredible, as well as the game play. The game is challenging and entertaining. One of the things he raves about the most is the fact that he will not "finish" the game any time soon. He has had many games over the years that cost $50+ that are able to be completed in a day or two. This one is well worth its price!
