It has a good balance of combat, puzzles that are actually fun, and exploration. But if you put another coat of paint on it and called it by another name, would people still think it's so great? A solid 8 or 9 out of 10 for me, and still an essential game for Switch.

Easily one of the best games I’ve ever played. I have over 110 hours of play time and it never gets old. There’s so many side quests and exploring to do. The shrines offer great puzzles. Game controls are well done and the game is an absolute classic. If you’re thinking about buying this game, don’t hesitate. Also, look into the expansion pack.

A welcome departure from a great but tired series

Suffice it to say that this game is basically perfect. If you have a Switch or are planning to get one, chances are it's because of this game. Wish I could forget it all and discover the world over again. 250+ hours in the game. One of the few games I’ve beaten multiple times start to finish.

BOTW was a great game and I would definitely purchase again in haste! The shipping was no issue and it arrived faster than expected.
