Love seeing Nintendo going back to a more cartoon style platform instead of trying to make things as realistic as possible. Makes the game more fun and inviting. The open world aspect is amazing and can make the game rather challenging when traveling to new locations or just searching. Overall the graphics are good and game play works well, but learning how everything works can take a bit of time.

Excellent game! Large open world, with lots of bosses and exploring for better weapons. Graphically the game looks really good.

One of the best Zelda games i've played and one of the best games i've played.BOTW is a very well made game, you can do anything your way in whatever order you want, it's not linear on how you play it and its very open and expansive, you can play it for hours and hours, and still not be done. BOTW is an awesome game that I think everyone should play

Growth in breath of the wild is just about filling out XP bars its means learning more about it's world. where to get resources and coming up with your solutions to problems. Seeing something in the distance and by the time you get there you find something else that grabs your attention. Worth trying for fans of open world game or any games.

Finally a brand new Zelda game and not just a remake. If you are a verteran fan or a brand new one for the series, this game offers everything. It is considered an RPG but more adventure like and not like Final Fantasy. It has a lot of different elements and the story is involving. This game will keep you entertained and busy for weeks. There is DLC coming as well to add onto the adventure later this year.

If you like Zelda, Get it. If you like open world games and exploring, get it. If you want a simple and linear game, you might not like it. Best Zelda since Wind Waker. Yeah, Twighlight Proncess is good, but WW was better. This is a good game.

I'm new to Zelda and gaming in general. I love this game. It's hard to put down. It's definitely challenging but it's an amazing world to get lost in. I love that even as a beginner I can find ways to overcome the challenges. I'm still in the begining levels and am having a hard time finding attire and armor but i still enjoy it a ton.

No words to describe this game. Simply incredible from start to finish. One of the greatest games ever made for any console. Open world map is gigantic, game play is nearly flawless, and you’ll find yourself getting lost in just roaming the land and appreciating the scenic graphics. 10/10 must play this game if you own a Switch.

Got this as a present, but having played the game myself when it came out , if I ended up on a desert island, and i could take only 1 switch game with me, that would still be this one. Countless hours of adventure, exploration and experimentations. This changed the Zelda formula, but it’s one of the best zelda games.

I am not a big fan of most Zelda games, just because they're not usually for me. But this game is incredible, and it does a lot of things right. The world is very large, and very quickly you receive several ways to move around the world. The weapons are breakable, which means that you will be forced to try different things and find new weapons as you travel through the game. Don't worry though, as almost every enemy carries some type of weapon you can pick up, and most shrines have a reward of a weapon within a chest somewhere inside. The point of the game is to defeat the final boss, who can technically be reached right away from the beginning of the game. The main point of the rest of the world is to explore and find items and gear to make your final fight easier. The main help will be health and stamina which are obtained from completing Shrine Trials. You must find shrines all across the world and enter them to complete a trial, either a puzzle or a fight with a small miniboss, to receive an orb item. Once you've got 4 orbs, you can exchange them for either more health or more stamina. The other objective in the game is to climb watchtowers to activate them as fast travel points and to reveal areas of the map. I really enjoyed this game, and I think any gamer will find something to enjoy about this game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a masterpiece of a game. We always knew that if Nintendo ever made a giant open world game that it would blow us away, and we were right. Everything about this game is impressive. The world is expansive and beautiful. The story is capturing. The characters are memorable. The music is enchanting. You won't regret playing this game.

This is the best Zelda game to date. It allows free moving to anywhere. No more having to follow a linear path, you choose where to go first. The weapons and shields breaking and low storage space is annoying, but you find enough that you're never empty handed. The challenging boss fights and puzzles are great. I recommend to anyone who enjoys character driven rather than story driven games.

I am a huge Zelda fan, and although I was disappointed with a few of the newest handheld games (like TriForce Heroes), and I wasn't in love with Skyward Sword, this new Zelda game is epic. It is beautiful, fun, the story is great, and I love the use of amiibos and the controller itself for the Switch version. I don't know how the Wii version plays, but the Switch version is so fun to play around with.

I've been around for every Zelda game but for whatever reason I never found them interesting. I decided to finally break the ice with BotW and quickly realized that I messed up never playing Zelda before. The story is great, the game is incredibly deep, and it keeps you busy. I don't have the time to sit down and play in long stretches, so this game will keep me occupied for months! Love that!

This is great, they give you quest markers but for the most of the game you have to either explore, or talk to people to figure out what to do next. Open world. I would say its perfect mix of the original Legend of Zelda and Ocarina of time, with a very different weapons system. This has a very nice potion and food crafting system that is NEEDED to progress most quest and side quest. Love this game

If you've always enjoyed the Zelda games, you can't go wrong on this one. It reminds me the N64 era but with a more Skyrim-like open format. If you haven't ever played a game from this series, this game is a perfect one to start with! My only complaint has nothing to do with the game itself, but the controllers. It takes a while to adjust to them. I actually enjoy playing it more like a DS.

I was so excited to get this game I'm a HUGE Zelda fan. This game is living up. My husband was not a huge fan of Zelda before, but the open world platform, and the ability to go do something else if the challenge is not something you want to do at the time is awesome. I've played for hours of entertainment, and still have tons to do. You get a huge bang for your buck. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is in my opinion one of the best Zelda games to date. The amount to do can be a little overwelhming, but assures that you will be playing this for a long time. The physics alone make this game groundbreaking and it doesn't hold you hand. It is the first time in a long time I have had to stop and think about what to do in a Zelda game. I highly recommend this game for any lapsed Zelda fans.

This truly is a candidate for game of the year. This is by far my favorite Zelda game I've ever played in my life. The open world environment allows you to pretty much do whatever you want take whatever path you want and discover whatever you want in any shape form or fashion. I would highly recommend anyone who loves open world games for Nintendo games in general to pick up a copy of Zelda.

Enjoy this title for everything it is. Complete open world with very little load times. Feel like going right to Ganon and seeing what you can do? Do it... Feel like getting a horse and travelling the country building up supplies, go right ahead. You will not regret this purchase. And now you can play it anywhere!
