One of the best games I have ever played, and with the Switch I can take this amazing console-quality game anywhere! Beautiful, Epic, Perfection. Adding open world flow to the Zelda franchise ended up being the exact right way to evolve the series. LOVE IT.

Beautiful open world with great graphics, unforgettable music, and steady frame rate, you can do almost anything you can imagine. The only con is there is not much voice acting of the main characters which Nintendo may improve on future series.

The graphics are breathe taking. Easy install and gameplay. The free world concept add value to the game because even though you beat the boss their are side mission that still need to be completed.

Its one of the greatest games ever made! there’s so much to do in this game you could honestly just buy this one game and play it for year without getting bored

Anyone who owns or looking to buy a Nintendo Switch should definitely give this game a try. It comes a lot of content to warrant its price and can certainly give you plenty of hours of gameplay especially due to its open world design.

This is the same Zelda game you've loved for years, but with tons of new features, gameplay mechanics, and a more expansive, open world. I've only put a few days into this game so far, but it's been extremely fun and I can't wait to see how it continues.

First off, I will say that we are pretty new to current video gaming in our household. We bought this for our 8 y.o. after he played his cousin's game and I also received great reviews from an (adult) friend. If you are concerned about violence and/or guns in games - even though there are weapons (such as bow and arrows and swords),there are no guns, the game is not bloody, and if there are fights, they are with goofy monsters who turn to smoke when killed. If you're ok with that, the landscape and gameplay encourage some creativity, problem - solving, and exploration and adventure with downright beautiful graphics and a fun playing experience. It also involves some reading. I've started playing it myself and am really enjoying it. The pace is pretty mellow but not boring by any means. We love it.

This game is just ridiculously fun. Very similar to the original Zelda in which you're dropped in a world and you just have to figure out what is going on. Seemingly everything is an option for you to try. One of the best video games I have ever played.

I recently bought and Nintendo Switch, as kind of an impulse buy. Breath of the Wild was the first game I got for the Switch and I haven’t been able to put it down. About 45 hours in and enjoying every minute of the game play and story.

Definitely not the Zelda I grew up with in the 80s and 90s. WOW is this game AMAZING! The game is massive, the puzzles are challenging and the story is complex and engaging. This is a must own.

After a subpar entry "Skyward Sword" Nintendo have answered our call and created an open world Zelda that feel so new and exciting. The game is a technical marvel. Who expected they could do this on Wii U hardware. I really can't say enough. MUST PLAY.

This game is definitely a little different than the older Zelda games but the open world environment and exploration is a nice touch and there's a lot to do, only annoying thing I've found is that weapons tend break pretty easily.

This game is great in every way. It is challenging, fun, and beautifully made. The story has many twists and turns, with great characters and side missions and the gameplay varies enough to keep it from feeling stale. Absolute must have video game.

Zelda is super awesome! You can go anywhere and do anything. If you wanna break from the story, you can just go and fight monsters. The story is really complex and well thought out. I would rate it 6 out of 5 if I could! Everyone should have this game!!

I was hesitant about getting this, and I wish I had gotten it sooner. Really great Zelda game. I love the open world and how the game lets you figure it out on your own. Can't wait for the next one.

So much is done in right in this game that it is hard to not give it 5 stars, but one glaring flaw really hampered my enjoyment of the game. Weapons can break, and very quickly in some cases, including the legendary Master Sword. The idea behind the decision is sound, the developers wanted to force the player to use a variety of weapons and be able to adapt to what they find. But in practice, I found it to be a major hassle and it detracted greatly from what was otherwise a masterpiece.

I'm not particulary fan of Zelda games and open worlds, but this is a delightful experience from start to finish. A lots of hours of gameplay, fun and epicness. A must have for any Switch owner.

The best Zelda I've played in my whole life! The graphics, history, soundtrack omg it's all so fantastic and amazing! My favorite Zelda was Majora's Mask, but Breath of the Wild is so much better. Worth every time playing!! Must buy for Nintendo Switch.

This game is massive. There is of course the main story, but the world is completely open to explore. There is no set path whatsoever to complete this game. The puzzles are challenging without being frustrating. Excellent mix of combat and exploration.

Best Zelda game I have played, by far and maybe the best game I have ever played. The way the mechanics work together in this game is amazing. Exploring is so fun and rewarding. This game respects your time but challenges you also. Just a fantastic game.
