This was a very fun Zelda game however I don't think it surpasses orcarina of time or majora's mask. There are only 4 main story dungeons which seems a little too short of a Zelda game.. but it was worth playing!

Bought this game for my son and his dad. My son, only 6 yr old, didn’t like it as it was too complicated for him. However his older cousins, dad, uncle loved the game. I recommend it for people that like doing solo missions not so much for young kids or people that do not have a lot of patients and like instant gratification.

The Legend of Zelda is a series that I have played since the beginning- and I can say that this is one of the worst. I'm sorry, but weapon durability died off in the nineties- and for good reason! It's not fun. It got to the point where I was just avoiding all of the combat I could, since the rewards weren't worth wasting my weapons. And at that point, what am I playing for? The story is nothing new. Zelda is in trouble, go help the Zelda. Surprise, the big bad is Ganon. The gameplay is boring. Open world games often suffer from a great breadth of space, but not much in it. And that's how this is. There are things to collect, but their reward is basically more space to store fragile weapons. Not great. There are no real dungeons in the game, and so there are no real tools to traverse them. Things like the hootshot aren't in this. Most of the unique gadgets you would get in other Zelda games are nowhere to be seen here. All the gameplay comes from something akin to spells like timelock and freeze column- and sure, you can do a lot of crazy physic tricks with them, but it really doesn't feel like LoZ to me. BotW is Nintendo trying to figure out where they want to take the LoZ franchise- and personally, I'm not interested in following anymore. Skyward Sword was terrible, and now BotW is up there with it. With games like A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time still playable, why would I stoop down to poor copies? Overall, there are better open world games out there. There are better LoZ games out there. Why bother this this one?

Fun and large game to play! It'll entertain for awhile

This game is awesome and has countless hours of replay value. The coolest part is Link finally gets a motorcycle to ride around on in Hyrule. Of course you will need some fuel for the bike. Overall this game is immerse and mesmerizing. I cannot say enough good things about this game.
