It's playable, it's a good game once you get use to it. Wasn't the best fan of style of graphics. I have yet to play it on the tv and hope that it'll help my playing experience when I do. Ocarina of time is still my number one.

Harder to play than I thought

Totally not fun. The level of detail of the graphics is fantastic though. I could see enjoying the game if that's something you're into. I bought the game because I used to play it on gameboy but the name is the only thing that's the same.
