What a BEAUTIFUL game. Must have for any gamer, or any Zelda fan. They really hit it out of the park with this one and the amount of stuff to do even after you have beat the main story line is phenomenal. TONS of DLCs too.

Really great game, honestly my favorite out of all of them. I put around 100 hours into it and I am not done with the story yet. There is so many side things to do it is really worth the money.

Breath of the Wild is one of those games that will be remembered forever in video game history and will be a classic. Everything is top notch - graphics, music, story, combat, movement, atmosphere... Etc. Anybody into video games MUST play this one.

I'm not big on writing reviews but I am compelled to say more than just a few words on Breath of the wild. First of all this is a totally new experience for any Zelda fan, they have re-worked almost every facet of this game to make it an all new experience but at the same time any true fan will know right away they are playing a Zelda game, and a very special one indeed. It can be played on the Wii U and if that's your option then I must say go for it, but this game was made to be played on the Nintendo Switch. There is just something intangible about the experience of playing it at home and seconds later snagging the switch out of the dock and taking it on the go. I'm not diving into the storyline or anything like that, I'm just here to say if you are a true diehard Zelda fan like myself you owe it to yourself to be playing this title on the Nintendo Switch.

Hands down this game may have been one of the best games ever developed! You can play the game as fast as possible, or take your time and lose hundreds of hours immersed in its beautiful graphics, wonderful gamely and compelling storyline.

Lots of adventure throughout gameplay. I love the freestyle exploration with the structure of various missions/quests. I’m not a hardcore gamer, I just play casually and this is a perfect game for that!

I've been a fan of Zelda since ocarina of time and I'm glad to see how far this franchise has come! Such a beautiful game with attention to detail and an open world feel similar to skyrim.

I've been playing Zelda since the 90s and it just get better every time. Highly recommend it for the adolescent to adult to escape in a fantastical world with intrigue and adventure. You can never go wrong with The Legend of Zelda series.

Everyone said I should play breath of the wild. It’s a great game

I have been a fan of Zelda since I first played as a child in the 1980's. I have not been able to play too much as I am a 35 year old adult, but this game has a different Zelda vibe to it. I get vibes of Ocarina of Time as well as an RPG vibe. I hear good feedback from other reviews of this game and I can say from playing for the first two hours that it is quit enjoyable. I look forward to more gameplay and to dwell deeper into the story of this installment of Zelda. I was once a very avid gamer and I have good expectations from playing this game for little time I have. Big Thank You to Nintendo for never letting me down when it comes to great titles like this!

Solid game, 10/10, I am quite enjoying the story and open world.

This game is obviously a must have for any Nintendo Switch owner. The gameplay is fantastic and accommodates a multitude of play styles in an open world RPG. Top it off with little to no bugs or glitches and quality DLC arriving in the near future.

This is my first open world video game and this one is super fun! Always something to do and something new to see/find. Plus the story is great. Definitely recommend especially for newbies like me!

Great open world game with lots of treasure hunting and secrets to reveal. Shrine puzzles are not too easy, not too hard. Exploring and expanding the map regions is very satisfying. You will play this game for hours at a time and not get bored.

This is one amazing game and it really needs to be known how big and open world this is. It leiterslly is a breath of wild. I haven’t beaten it cause there is so much to do. This game is worth the full price no doubt about it .

One of the best games of all time, and the absolute best game on the Switch. This game offers more freedom than most open world games. If you think you might be able to do something, you usually can. It’s a great adventure, and a lot of fun.

This game is a huge game from any other Zelda game. It's rich in content and in details of the mechanics of the game. It's a game for those who play the quest or, like my kids, fight monsters.

This is arguably the greatest game of this generation if not of all gaming history! I'm over 200 hours into the game and still finding so much content! Nintendo is once again setting the standard for quality and entertainment in the gaming world!

The best Zelda game and quite possibly the best 3D action adventure game ever made. All of the game’s mechanics play into each other very well. The world is designed to keep exploring and its always exciting to explore

Not much to say that everybody else hasn't already said; it's expansive and atmospheric, and doesn't hold you by the hand like so many other open-world games do. For instance; sure you will climb a tower or two to get the lay of the land, but then instead of the game swarming you with interest points, it is up to you to decide what is interesting to look at and explore. And there is so much to explore. Enemies are threatening, the environments can be threatening, the Shrines, of which there are many, are entertaining, and I'm not even going to tell you about the Real Dungeons (tm) that you will run into. Just no. Go see them for yourself. A meandering review but I want to get back to it. But finally, the game has wild horses you can tame and feed apples to. Game of the Year already.
